The report analyzes all Pakistani mobile services on different spectrums. Hence, you will find the stats for the fastest browsing or which mobile network has the lowest call drop ratio.

Video Streaming

If you are a regular video streamer through cellular internet then you must have observed your browsing does not always reflect your video streaming. Even if the browsing is a bit slow, YouTube or your Facebook videos could stream without any hindrance. When looking at the data, you can see Zong in the lead and it is followed by either Ufone or Jazz. Telenor is at the end in almost all the graphs.

According to the report, Zong has the best call setup success rate for cities (98.5%), towns (98.3), and on the road (95.6). The stats for Telenor are cities (98.3%), towns (98.3%), and on the road (93.7%). Ufone has great numbers as well; city (97.3%), town (98.5%), and road (93.5%). Jazz is the last in line with cities at 96.9%, towns at 95.7%, and roads at 92.2%.

Call drop ratio

The lowest the call drop ratio is, the better it reflects on the mobile network’s performance. Zong, yet again, emerges at the top. For the city, Zong’s drop ratio is at 0.1%, Ufone is at 0.5%, Jazz is at 0.7%, and the highest is Telenor with 1.7%. As for the drop ratio in towns, the numbers are Zong (0.0%), Jazz (0.0%), Telenor (0.3%), and Ufone (0.4%).

The stats on the roads are highest; Zong (1.9%), Jazz (2.0%), Ufone (2.3%), Telenor (2.7%).

Speech Quality Breakdown

While talking, if the call keeps interrupting, it certainly gets irritating. Let’s see which mobile networks have the best countermeasures to ensure good speech quality. Looking at numbers, there is not much difference but if we are specific about the data then it seems Zong is yet again taking the lead.

However, as the COVID-19 pandemic stabilized, the restaurants began working even if it meant serving customers outdoor from time to time. However, cinemas just could not do that. Atrium Cinema opens up?

While other cinemas are probably still struggling with the logistics, Atrium Cinema already announced its opening-up. It was supposed to happen on October 22nd. They even uploaded all the movies they would screen further enticing the desperate audience.

However, it turns out that just like leaving a car rusting away for too long a cinema also faces technical issues. They could not play the movies due to some error. It would have been more tragic had the authorities not given a definite date of return but they did. They announced on all their pages that while they had technical difficulties and could not operate today, they will indeed be starting from tomorrow, October 23rd, 2021.

1. Smack Them Pomegranate

  1. Wash the Pomegranate well before starting.

  3. Place the Pomegranate, cut side down, in your non-dominant hand with your fingers spread apart. Place a deep, medium-sized bowl under your hand with the Pomegranate.
  4. With a sturdy spatula or a wooden spoon, begin to whack firmly on the top surface of the Pomegranate.
  5. Don’t be afraid to go a little overboard. Gently tapping won’t take the seeds out. So don’t hold back on your anger. Vent it all out.
  6. Continue until all seeds are out. You can also pick the remaining few seeds with your hands or spoon them out.
  7. Repeat with the other half. Remove the white membrane, which might be mixed in with the seeds.

2. De-seeding With Water 

  1. Chill the water before you prepare the Pomegranate so you can soak it immediately. The colder the temperature, the looser the arils will be. If you chill the water with ice, remove any ice cubes before you soak the Pomegranate.
  2. Cut off the top. Then, cut it into quarters. Make each quarter even so they soak for the same amount of time. Sharpen your knife before you score the Pomegranate. Dull knives are both more time-consuming and dangerous. You’ll get a cleaner, more accurate cut with a sharp knife.
  3. Soak the quarters in the cold water.
  4. Pull off the outer red skin and gently scoop the seeds from the pomegranate skin.
  5. Scoop the seeds up and place them in a bowl. Let the seeds dry for five minutes before you eat them.

Who thought we could see a day like this? Not me and certainly not you. However, it really seems like the world is near its end, and people are trying to make the most of their time and creativity or maybe looking for ways to get famous. After all, who wouldn’t like a little spotlight and growth in their business when a flock of people turns in to try their product. But is that all it takes to come up with a bizarre idea or let us rephrase a bizarre food product? Someone’s creativity juices were really flowing when they came up with this recipe. Let us introduce you to Rasgulla Chaat. 

Sorry for the bombshell. We tried to make it sound as interesting as we could.

Rasgulla Chaat 

Somewhere in India, a Twitter user discovered the atrocity being done to our favorite sweet. Rasgulla, known for its sweet and rich taste, is being taken advantage of in such a rude way. Not to mention the horror it has brought to all the dessert lovers every time they pick their favorite colored Rasgulla from the box. The Twitter user had the same feeling when they shared the video on social media with a big caption; We are doomed. Which we believe is true.

Let’s take a look at the video.

At first glance, it seems like the vendor knows what he is doing. However, as soon as he starts adding the ingredients, the recipe seems totally chaotic. First, he squeezes a Rasgulla to drain the sugar syrup and places them in a bowl. He next starts adding tamarind chutney over it along with yogurt. He puts some almonds, cashews, and raisins and a spoon of the tamarind chutney on it along with some spices. At this point, we fail to understand whether this is chaat, Dahi Baray, or just a non-homogenous mixture of different things.

The way it begins speaks volumes about the trajectory the drama is going to take. Starting with the word of God, the Quran, it also features glimpses of people performing Sema. A professor also comes on the screen talking about ishq, the superlative degree of love. Therefore, one can imagine Azlan (Azaan Sami) and his love for Shenaya and what extent he can go to if Shenaya is threatened (or, you know, killed). And the journey with God as an active participant as he learns to love again, with the help of Azka.

While the story may seem great, what we (and literally everyone on the internet) can not get over off is Sajal and Yuman’s incredible aura they breathe into the characters.

Twitter is literally overflowing with people crushing over Sajal. She is living evidence of someone who can combine talent with beauty. Her role as a reporter giving voice to the underprivileged and victims of society adds even more weight to the love fans shower over her. While we expected this, Sajal has the ability to woo us every time.

Yumna’s fiery eyes were totally the highlight. You know how we defined Mehreen and Mashal as powerful characters who knew what they wanted? Azka and Shanaya do not even come close to that. Hum Kahan kay Sachay Thay is still your usual two girls drama with one as an antagonist. But Ishq e Laa is so much more.

In Ishq e Laa, you have two girls who are positive people. Shanaya wants to fight for others. Azka is ready to fight for herself. The fire in both their eyes is something one cannot match. Of course, we suspect Shanaya to die but should the story be weaved in a way that they team up, it will be a force to be reckoned with.

Surgeons Implant A Pig Kidney In Human For The First Time Ever

The reason why the terrible business of organ trafficking works so much is that there is a lack of organs in the world when it comes to transplants. An individual can require one for several reasons but seldom do they find a transplant candidate. In these cases, there have been deaths also. Now doctors in the United States have just come up with a solution. Are you sure you’ll be able to handle it? Let’s find out.

No Organ No Problem— Get A Pig

In New York recently doctors used a pig’s kidney as a transplanted organ in a human. These surgeons performed this for the first time, with the consent of the patient. Before this, there has been no pairing of human and animal organs. You must be wondering— did it even work?

Unfortunately and fortunately, yes it did! It started working immediately.

How Did It Happen?

This kidney transplant took place in NYU Langone Health hospital. The surgeons attached the kidney to the blood vessels in the leg of a brain-dead patient on a ventilator. From there they observed that the organ began working “almost immediately.”

As per reports, the organ was observed for two days. Often in such surgeries, there is a chance that the body rejects the new organ. However, it appears human bodies are more susceptible to pig kidneys than we’d imagined. Keep in mind, the kidney wasn’t fully implanted. The surgeons made a connection to the patient’s circulatory system to observe the result.

The Lead Doctor’s Experience

The whole procedure was undertaken by Dr. Robert Montgomery, the director of the NYU Langone Transplant Institute. Being the lead doctor, there was a lot of pressure on him. However, success was written in the stars. Montgomery stated that, “successfully connecting the pig organ to the human blood vessels is a promising sign that it will work in a transplant scenario.”

What makes this experience even more surprising was how soon it started to work. According to Montgomery, organs from dead donors take weeks or days to start working. This pig kidney, however, started working immediately.

Will It Work Everywhere?

As Montgomery said, this might change the transplant experience for many. However, will this strategy of implanting pig’s body parts work everywhere? We doubt it. Muslims especially will have a hard time allowing a pig’s body part to be implanted in them. What do you think?

Those who did not know about them got to know when movies started rolling in. Hence, when their installments, be it comic, animated movies, or feature film, establish their stance on a controversial matter, it is bound to lead to broken hearts. DC Comics did something similar recently.

Matter of Kashmir

The age old issue that never got resolved since 1947 was that of Kashmir. Promised to be a part of Kashmir as per the referendum and the evident Muslim majority, the ruler did not follow through and made side deals with the Indians. As a result, the whole of Kashmir became disputed territory. Some of Kashmir is occupied by India and some of it comes under Pakistan. However, unlike India, Pakistan always regards it as AJK (Azaad Jammu and Kashmir); territory with independent governing body. As a result, India is able to exert unsolicited power over Kashmiris.

DC Comics’ take

While not many international forums have addressed the sufferings of Kashmiris, DC Comics did through their animated movie, Injustice. A clip from the movie went viral where Superman calls Kashmir a disputed territory. Just this label was enough to express the DC universe’s stance on the matter. It sided with Kashmir and labeled anyone exercising rmed control on the rgion to be in the wrong.

Indian Twitter on Rampage

Indian fans were not too happy with it.

Ever since the clip made it to Twitter, India began with its AntiIndiaSuperman hashtag. They claimed that the movie was spreading falsehood about the country.

Some even said that DC should stop engaing in ‘private affairs’ of India. This is another evidence of how India feels ownership over Kashmir even though it did not choose the country.

They were also quick to cast extreme claims, top of which being DC comics funded by ISI and Taliban.

Safe to say, sentimenst of Indian extremists who are pro Kashmir-massacre were disappointed and have stated that they might not watcg any other DC movie.

Pakistanis seem to be having the time of their lives however. They are happy that the issue has been finally taken up on a platform that is seen and talked about all around the world.

They clearly stand with DC Comics as India rallies to boycott.

Islamabad – October 21, 2021: Pakistani telecom company Ufone has partnered with Facebook to launch Facebook Mobile Center, a customer engagement channel within the Facebook app that Ufone can use to deliver seamless, mobile data purchases and service experiences.  With Mobile Center, Ufone customers will be able to purchase Ufone call and data bundles right from the Facebook app and browser.

The launch of Mobile Center is part of Ufone’s long-term ambition of delivering greater ease and enablement to its customers through constant innovation and optimization of its digital products and services. The company has continuously worked to simplify its payments mechanism by introducing multiple digital channels, in addition to a countrywide top-up retailer network.

Ufone customers will be able to purchase call and data bundles within Facebook Mobile Center with just a few clicks. They can also opt for U-Advance loan and purchase Airtime. To get started, customers can log in to their Facebook accounts through their browser or mobile app and tap or click on “Buy Data”. Next, they will be offered multiple data packages, where they can either purchase bundles or get a  U-Advance loan. Finally, they will need to click ‘Confirm’ to complete the transaction.

Facebook Mobile Center will open up an additional channel for Ufone customers and further simplify the purchasing process.

Dr. David Boyce, a Twitter user took to social media a picture of his recent interaction with the brand. When he went to buy a packet of chips, he, of course, paid for it. However, upon opening the pack, he found a whole potato inside. Amazed probably, he took it to Twitter and tagged the brand as well.

Before the brand could respond, netizens were all over the tweet. Some of them were absolutely flabbergasted while others were having a bit too much fun with the idea. They joked around about the experience. A serious foodie may get offended but Boyce took it in stride and got into fun conversations with people.

One person even shared his weird food moment in the replies. Apparently, Mr. Henry found an alphabet printed on his baked beans.

Some were genuinely curious about how he didn’t notice the anomaly when he picked up the packet. An accurate question, you may think. Turns out, the packet was so filled with air, that no one could notice it.

Another netizen had a great solution. The perfect compensation, according to her, was Kettle Chips should provide a lifetime supply of chips for the victim.

Few Twitteratis joked that this could be a DIY stunt too; Kettle Chips encouraging people to make their own chips.
