Automotive brands in Pakistan are seeing development on quite a large scale. It doesn’t even have to be an old brand to have development. Newer ones have seen advancements that weren’t thought possible a decade ago. One of the oldest ones in Pakistan is Toyota. You can imagine it being here in Pakistan for almost as long as Pakistan has been independent. Now, Interbrand’s 2021 list is out and Toyota has won something! They have gotten a title that they can hold high.

Among all the brands here, Toyota is one that has maintained its quality throughout its run. It has released state-of-the-art generation vehicles in each decade. If you look at the vehicles from the 60s and 70s, you might find the brand among the best ones of that time. Even now, the Land Cruiser continues to be a beast among all.

Toyota Among Rankings

It seems that Toyota has nabbed the seventh spot on Interbrand’s 2021 list. In terms of financial value, Toyota has taken this award for the third time. Once, they had managed to even surpass a giant like Volkswagen. It seems that the brand is currently a top champion in terms of production vehicles. It produces the most and they are robust! Toyota has recorded a 5% year-on-year growth in value.

Among the other brands that took the cake, the second person was Mercedes. Yes, that beast took second place. Apart from that, Honda ranked fifth whereas, Tesla ranked as the fourth-best one. We are talking about their rankings among other car makers. While a lot of the brands are making a quick shift to electric cars, Toyota is taking a gradual approach. They believe that hybrid-electric vehicles are the way to go now and that the era shift will be slower.

Nothing quite beats the excitement of the T20 World Cup, especially when it comes to one of cricket’s greatest rivalries. Yes, we’re talking about the historical Pakistan versus India match that won hearts of millions of Pakistani cricket fans this Sunday. As with any event these days, the match was marked by a flood of memes and commentary on social media but this time there was another star front and center of the tournament – Daraz.

Zomato digs a hole for itself

The food delivery brand in India, Zomato attempted to troll Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on October 24th. They said that if PCB is looking for burgers and Pizza, they could deliver. The tweet went viral.

The brands were not far behind in defending PCB and/or trolling Zomato. Whatever brand rivalry there may be, but when Pakistan is trolled, everyone leaves their rivalry aside to render the enemy speechless.

Since Careem delivers food as well and their recent offer was linked to free food, they said not only could they deliver all the free ‘Pizze’ and burgers, but also some fantastic tea. And we all know the Indians just love our fantastic tea.

foodpanda trolled them pretty hard. They advised the Indians on leaving the food delivery responsibility on them and focusing on cricket because 3 outs on just 31 runs is just embarrassing.

Graana jumped on the bandwagon too. An app that finds accommodation, it offered to find a place that could hold 11 people. Hint hint!

Sastaticket had a funny response as well. It said that if the Indian team needed help booking tickets back home now that they lost to Pakistan, Sastaticket was at service.

With the victory in hand, Ibex Pakistan suggested to Zomato to begin looking for places to hide. And should they need help, Ibex Pakistan was available.

While all these tweets came once the match started and things started looking good, Munchies was ready to give a supporting hand to PCB way before.

The T20 World Cup has taken people through a roller coaster of emotions. A lot of the matches have been quite hectic and amazing. However, for the people of Pakistan, the most recent one has been the most anticipated. In the most recent Pakistan v India match, Pakistan has scored a historic victory! With as much effort as they have put in this match, there is no doubt that they are going to go far.

Until yesterday, we were still unsure of who was going to win. Yet, we had our love and support directed towards the Pakistani cricket team. They have outshone themselves before and it has been quite spectacular. However, victory against India had become rarer in the last couple of years. After today, that situation is no longer true. The tides have changed and the dynamics have been altered.

Pakistan And T20 Win

The match started off with India at the batting end. However, it seems they had a shaky start, losing three wickets in the initial section of the game. Rohit Sharma was said to be one of the wild cards in the game but he left the field quite early. After their innings were over, Pakistan was given a target of 152 to achieve.

Believe it or not, the team reached the target without losing any of their wickets. That is right, India lost and Pakistan won with their openers still playing at the helm. The victory is an impressive one for Pakistan and the fans are nothing but joyous right now.
