  • Milk
  • Teabags

Milk Tea – The British Way

  1. Add a teabag to your favorite cup.
  2. Boil water and pour it over the teabag (you can add two tea bags if you want it to be strong).
  3. Wait for 3 to 5 minutes for the tea to brew without stirring or squeezing the teabag.
  4. Remove the teabag and pour in a dash of milk. Note: milk should act as a flavor-enhancer, so you only need enough to add creaminess. Too much milk will mask the taste of the tea. Judge it by the change color as you add the milk and aim for an exact shade – a very pale brown means you’ve probably poured in too much.
  5. Stir with a spoon to blend evenly.

Milk Tea – The Hong Kong Way 

  1. Boil the water. Heat the water in a tea kettle over medium to medium-high heat, reaching a boil.
  2. Place the tea bags in a large mug. After situating the bags in the cup, pour the boiling water over them.
  3. Let the tea steep. The tea should steep for about 2 minutes unless the directions on your tea brand expressly state otherwise.
  4. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk to taste. Return to the heat.

  5. Bring back to a boil. Simmer for three more minutes

  6. Serve in a cup hot from the stove.

In recent events, the Mall became offensive through its signboard. A signboard that was supposed to get people to wear masks amid COVID-19 did so much more than that. Or maybe it sheds light on an even bigger. But let’s first talk about the signboard. It was placed at the resident entrance.

The signboard read: Poor but not irresponsible.

The picture that accompanied the caption was of two malnourished children who were wearing masks keeping themselves protected against COVID.

It is clear from the reactions if the commenter is a classist himself or not. They tried to justify Centarus Mall’s stance on how “look at the point they are trying to make”. Trying to make a safe comeback they tried to be politically correct by saying that the picture of children should not have been used. He clearly did not get the point though because he, too, took being poor as an insult and said, “kids can’t be poor.”

Another netizen even tagged Mohammad Hamza Shafqaat requesting him to get the signboard removed. She said that even if the rich wanted to justify the insulting statement by saying there is an underlying moral-based meaning, it was still demeaning and inappropriate.

Hoping to be a part of the conversation, another netizen entered the arena. He took the conversation one level further by commenting on how the caption on the signboard was also in English.

If you have met a tone-deaf person and they begin singing, you would probably not like that too much.

(I can’t comment though because I would be the one singing.)

Jokes aside, the netizen said that this move was worse than being tone deaf.

Another person even suggested a boycott of the Mall because the rich management clearly deserve a lesson.

The boycott may just be a good idea because the same entity has been able to frustrate people with their enforcement of the classist divide earlier as well. Some time ago, they had enforced an entry fee that you could earn back if you actually do shopping within the mall. This restricted people from entering if they could not afford the amount.

Wedding entries have become a wedding event in and of themselves nowadays. The couple starts planning what to do ages before their wedding and then it must be executed perfectly. The same must be the case for this couple but it went horribly wrong. Find out what happened here!

The Failed Grand Entry

It appears this wedding was held in India. The couple had decided on one of the grandest entries the world had seen to date. They wanted to appear in front of their guests suspended in the air on a swing adorned with red flowers and fabric. Situated on it was the couple, the bride in a white gown and the groom in a tux.

The grand entry begins smoothly and you can see the guests with their necks arched, taking in the sight. Then, all of a sudden, the swing tilts and there you go! Pubg Mobile And Riot Games Partner To Bring Runeterra To Erangel In Celebration Of League Of Legends Animated Series Arcane

Pakistan On The World’s Largest Vaccination Drive Against Measles

COVID is definitely a scary pandemic that brought the world to a standstill but that does not mean one can take their eyes off of illnesses such as measles, chickenpox, flu, etc. Given Pakistan is lagging behind compared to other countries when it comes to administering vaccines for these illnesses, the country is taking a significant initiative. It has begun the world’s largest vaccination drive against Measles and Rubella.

Officials on Importance of Measles vaccination

The Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Health, Dr. Faisal Sultan, said, “Measles and rubella are contagious diseases and can have severe complications for children even death. I urge both the front-line workers to work with dedication and the caregivers to express their support by vaccinating their children against the diseases.”

UNICEF partaking in the drive has mentioned that children under 5 years of age will receive polio drops as well.

Representative of WHO said:

“The measles and rubella campaign will move us not only one step closer to maintaining measles elimination and accelerating rubella control, but also one step closer to reducing the overall child mortality across Pakistan.”

Details of the vaccination drive

The drive is expected to be two weeks long. The plan is to administer 90 million vaccination doses at this time. Dr. Faisal Sultan stated that the campaign is supported by Gavi, UNICEF, the vaccine alliance, WHO and partners. The workforce for dose administration includes more than 386,000 health professionals and over 143,000 social mobilizers.

The recipients of the vaccine dose will be children above nine months and below 15 years of age.

In the light of the vaccination drive, NCOC has announced the suspension of covid vaccine drive for children aged 12 to 15.

What is all this talk going on about a new Exynos processor? As you all know, the company has made quite significant progress in this domain. Exynos processors are some of the tough ones out there and they give good competition to Snapdragon. Now, the latest Exynos is going to appear in the market and it is a treat to see. The model is the Exynos 2200 and its capabilities go beyond anything we see today, in smartphones. It will arrive with a GPU-based RDNA 2 architecture, which is something we would see in Playstation 5.

That said, it is definitely going to be better than the Snapdragon 888. Now, the 888 was an impressive chipset; leaving it behind is an achievement for Exynos. Of course, all of these stats are from early reviews so we are not sure of the differences in later releases. The Snapdragon 888 is said to be a highly impressive one so we have to see if Samsung’s Exynos 2200 is able to break it. Additionally, the 2200 peak performance will improve by 32-34%, as compared to the predecessors.

Chipsets In Making

We must keep in mind that this is being done despite a chip shortage. Not only has the shortage taken up prices of electronics, but it has also made the devices scarce as well. We have yet to see how Samsung intends to release the SOC’s despite the global shortage because it is a difficult time. That said, we hope that the Exynos 2200 is able to make a considerable impact on the smartphone market.

Motorola suggests using a microfiber cloth — the kind you might clean your glasses with — with a bit of water.

Google’s Pixel phone, the company has given the OK to use household soap if necessary. There are other ways you can safely clean your device, depending on the type of phone you have. You may need the following materials:

  3. Water
  4. Cotton swabs
  5. Cleaning gloves

How To Clean The Phone 

First, fully power down your handset and remove any accessories, like charging cables or headphones. If you use a case, take that off, too, so you’ll have full access to all sides of your phone.

Next, you’ll need a soft, lint-free cloth. Anything that won’t scratch or damage your phone. Dampen the fabric with a bit of water and wipe down the front and the back of your handset, using steady, circular motions to lift off the accumulated dirt. It’s a good idea to keep one end of your cloth dry or have a separate dry cloth at hand to remove excess moisture. This is especially important near ports and buttons, where water might interfere with your phone’s regular operation.

For more persistent marks and dirt, you can use gentle face or baby wipes or a little bit of household hand soap. If you opt for cleaning wipes, use them sparingly and make sure they’re approved for electrical devices. If not, a little soap, water, and a cloth will do just fine.

Soap and water is also the preferred method of fighting any viruses that may be stuck to your phone. Hand sanitizers are popular, but experts generally believe they’re less effective. Some experts also recommend mixing a half-and-half solution of rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol at around 60-70 percent) and water. Wet your cleaning cloth rather than your phone to get rid of any stubborn bacteria. As long as you use these substances in small amounts and avoid harsh chemicals, you’re not going to damage your device.

Once you’ve dealt with the exterior, use cotton swabs and a few sharp, well-aimed puffs of air from your mouth to get dust and particles out of your phone’s ports. Avoid cans of compressed air, though, as the pressure can interfere with the insides of your phone.

When you’ve finished the cleaning process, leave your phone alone until any remaining moisture has had a chance to dry off naturally. Only then should you turn it on again and reattach cases and accessories. Putting it on a paper towel can help.

Nowadays, we feel the need to boast about our charitable endeavours. Bloggers will be seen making videos of the vulnerable as they help them. Is their consent ever taken?

When people started distributing rations during COVID-19, many people started denying pictures which just shows how uncomfortable they can be in having their faces plastered on social media. Thus, the statement is good to abide by. However, should Fahad Mustafa be preaching this?

The Jeeto Pakistan Nuisance

Jeeto Pakistan may have helped a whole number of people in the country. It provides them items like microwave, motorcycle, gold, etc which can really help people financially. However, Fahad Mustafa has been criticised repeatedly for humiliating and ridiculing people before helping them.

It’s His Job

Though Fahad Mustafa can definitely be better in terms of how he hosts the show, this criticism may be a little unjustified. This is how Mustafa now earns money, this is not his charity. For Mustafa, Jeeto Pakistan is simply distributing and engaging the viewers. The money and the items are bought by the investors and sponsors and thus, this can not be applied here.

Moreover, the more popular the show is, the more sponsorships and the greater the number of people helped. So, perhaps if Mustafa boasts his own charity on social media we can criticise him. For now, we need to cut him some slack!

Noor Mukadam Case: CCTV Footage Released Despite Strict Orders

A newly released CCTV footage of Noor Mukadam’s case is going viral. The video was released before the prosecution after several promises were made to not release it to the public. However, the video was later released, showing Noor Mukadam trying to leave the house on several occasions.

The video shows the victim trying to leave the house on several occasions. However, Zahir Jaffer and the gatekeeper kept putting her inside the cabin every time she tried to escape. In the video, several different clips have been put together of the victim trying to save her life and pleading with the murderers.

In the clip, Noor is seen jumping out of the video only to get caught later by the gatekeeper, who keeps her locked in a cabin. Later, Zahir Jaffer jumped from the terrace of the first floor and grabbed her while dragging her outside the cabin as he attempted to take her inside the house.

In another clip, Zahir Jaffer appears at the gate and grabs the victim, who pleads to let her go. Zahir Jaffer drags Noor inside the house and at 2:46 am, both were seen leaving the house in the taxi parked outside the home.

At 2:52 am, they both return and enter the house with the bags they had earlier kept in the taxi while the watchman Iftikhar could be seen opening the gate for them.

Zahir Jaffer also took the victim’s cell phone from her hand as he attempted to lock her inside the cabin. Later, the five to six members team of Therapyworks was seen entering and leaving the building with an injured person at 8:55 pm.

On November 9, the transcript of the exclusive CCTV footage was presented in front of the prosecution before releasing the video.

Pemra’s Notice 

Pemra has issued a notice to ban the airing of CCTV footage by the news channels and the media platforms. The video’s airing is deemed prohibited by the regulatory body and will be marked as a violation of the notice in case anyone attempts to air it on live TV.

It is still unclear who shared/leaked the video to the media. However, sharing such sensitive moments of the deceased to the entire country goes against ethical and moral values. It can be triggering and heartbreaking not just for the family but also for others.

Noor Mukadam’s Murder

Jaffer is the prime suspect in Noor’s murder case, which shocked the country 4months ago. The gruesome murder, in which Mukadam was beheaded, took place on July 20 in Islamabad’s F-7 area. Noor is the daughter of Shaukat Mukadam, who served as Pakistan’s ambassador to South Korea and Kazakhstan.

The Islamabad police arrested suspect Zahir Zakir Jaffer on July 20 from his house, where, according to Noor’s parents, he killed her with a sharp instrument and severed her head.

4. Teefa in Trouble
