From there, you can friends and family whom you trust with your digital legacy.

It is an ingenious way to make sure you don’t have to leave behind a life with mystery. Your data can be accessed by your loved ones. Additionally, the legacy key can store itself on the legacy contact’s phone, automatically. However, it will not do so if the phone iOS is not updated or the phone is an android device. In such an instance, you can print out a key and send it to them, and they can keep it safe.

Pakistan bags Gold and Silver Medals at NBBUI

The 38th NBBUI World Bodybuilding Championships 2021 was held on 27th and 28th of November at Valencia, Spain. The mega event was graced by the presence national and international bodybuilding athletes among which were Irfan Asghar and Abdul Majeed, representing Pakistan.

The will and form of Pakistani body builders including Irfan and Majeed took spectators by storm with their brilliant performances. Pakistan bagged the gold and silver medals at the championship.

Minal Khan is in hot waters once again for giving a rather dumb statement. Her statement caught the eyes of the netizens after her video from the BCW went viral. Minal modelled as a showstopper for FAS design studio. It was fun and games until Minal was interviewed backstage with her husband.

Sleep habits and duration directly influence both mental and physical health. One study even showed that those who slept less than 7 hours per night were up to 3 times more susceptible to catching a cold than those who slept more than 7 hours. So, try to create a sleep schedule and stick to it.

Vitamin C increases the production of white blood cells in our bodies, which plays a critical role in preventing and fighting off viruses, so when in doubt, drink some orange juice.

We, of course, wanted to find out where it all started so we explored the hashtag for a little while. Not that we were lucky on pinpointing the origins, but the picture did indeed become clear. As it turns out, once again, some Pakistanis had spoken for Kashmir through their Twitter handle.

This speaks volumes of the bias in Twitter’s policies. It was a similar matter when the humans were speaking against Israel for their atrocities in Palestine. HEC Announces Last Date For USAT Exam Registration

If you plan on continuing your education after intermediate from within Pakistan, the best bet would be to give the Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT). The Higher Education Commission HEC has announced the registration process for the test as well as its last date.

Before we get to discussing the last date of registration, let’s look at the application process and the streams you can select from.

How to apply with HEC?

To apply, you will have to go to the HEC portal and log on to your account. First, if you haven’t already done so, complete your profile. After that, select the Undergraduate Studies Admission Test on the left of the portal. Your application will open. Fill it out and click submit.

Make sure to click submit. Just in case, do check that the status of that particular application is set as ‘submitted’ on the dashboard because HEC will not consider saved or incomplete applications.

You will also have to deposit PKR 1,200 in HEC’s account number provided. The paid challan needs to be sent to HEC Islamabad.

Academic streams

Another question that arises in students’ minds is which stream this test is for. Considering most people choose two or three mainstream disciplines in Pakistan, are those the only ones, students can appear for?

The answer is no. They can choose the stream they want to sit for. The streams available include Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical, Art & Humanities, Computer Science, General Science, and Commerce.

Once the students receive their scorecard, they can submit it to all the universities that accept it to judge the student’s profile. Of course, if required by the university, the students may have to sit in the university’s admission test as well.

Of course, that led to some students raising an important question. They said that if universities are going to conduct their own tests then what exactly is the need for this one.

That said since the mechanism for the test exists, maybe the authorities will try to perfect it further just like how they have perfected other facilities.

Last date

The registration process has already started and the last date is set to be December 27th, 2021. Once the process completes, the test will take place on January 9th. Until then, study away and excel at the test.

#KheloShanSe was trending #1 on Twitter in Pakistan as K-Electric hosted a 2-day sports event for underprivileged and differently-abled youth of Karachi with the same name. The event covered sports activities for them such as Javelin throw, Discu s throw, and 100m Sprint.

“Khelo Shaan Se” is one of K-Electric’s recent initiatives to boost confidence among such youth of the city and giving them the chance to prove themselves through sports activities. To inspire them to do better in those sports activities, K-Electric invited famous sportsmen as Guests of Honor as well as mentors for the youth such as Fatima Hussain, Haider Ali & Naseem Hameed who made our country proud by competing in the highest level of sports championship – Olympics.

It is extremely rare to come across Pakistani ads with perfect execution of concept; most of them are laced with wedding dances. Once in a while, however, we do get something different that leaves us amazed at the creativity of the artists in our country. Exactly how the brands worldwide were cashing on the hype of Money Heist, this Pakistani ad did the same but in a unique way that has us laughing for sure.

In this video clip, you can see Lisbon (before she became a criminal of course), entering the bank. You can also see that Nairobi and the gang have stolen the cash and are ready to make an exit.

Meanwhile, the police have entered the building to arrest them. As you would recall the end of season 2, Berlin made the sacrifice of blasting the bomb. With no Berlin in the Pakistani ad, they had to rely on the Professor to blow up the charge.

Trolling the show

The Pakistani ad shows how a story that was stretched over two seasons could be summed up in one minute. Yes, giving backstory on every character and how their relationships developed over time may be important for us to relate to them but it was not pertinent for the heist itself. So what we watched in numerous episodes, the ad shows us in a few seconds, establishes that a heist is in progress inside the bank, and the police are entering. Moments later, when the blast does not go off, they get arrested.

End of story.

That said, given the obviously low budget, it was an extremely great ad.

While it is a great effort by the Pakistani ad, we must say Lisbon looks more like Nairobi than the Pakistani Nairobi does if not for her sleek hair stuck to her neck. It is a shame Netflix didn’t get to see our talent because we are clearly professionals at putting others’ concepts to our own use.

It seems like he has these never-ending wedding functions whose pictures just keep surfacing. Anyway, what we are guessing to be Junaid’s mehendi event, Maryam Nawaz donned a blue dress. She must have imagined the blue to not downplay the bride who weirdly went with red. However, to stand distinctive, the blue overflowed with expensive work.

She did indeed look pretty but in the pictures that she shared where she is standing with her son, she does not even look older than him. People even said that she looked more like she was the bride herself.

This is considered quite unprofessional behavior, especially when you are representing an organization. The conference interview went by quite well. Hasan Ali had responded to each person correctly, answering all questions. However, when this journalist began to pose a question, the cricketer requested the next question. This was a move on his end to stop the person from asking any questions. The journalist then began to further pester him on how he should answer. To this, Hasan responded by bringing up the personal attacks that were done on Twitter.

We find this as quite an impressive move by the cricketer. It shows how he should not succumb to people who wish to smudge his name on social media. No matter how much you resent someone, you cannot attack them on a personal level. You can make a professional statement and act similarly but personal levels are off-limits.

As seen in the video, the cricketer got quite enraged and frustrated while conversing with the interviewer. The clip has gathered quite a lot of people on Twitter, praising Hasan for the way he acted towards the interviewer. One cannot attack people personally and then expect them to answer their questions. If one wishes to have a good interview, one has to treat the other person with respect.

Jazz Drive-In Concert Sets New Guinness World Record

Islamabad – 12 December 2021: The Jazz Drive-in Concert has set a new Guinness World Records™ title for the most cars in a Drive-in Music Concert with 1000+ cars. Pakistan’s first ever drive-in concert was organized by Jazz, in collaboration with Active Media at Park View City, Islamabad.

To set the record, more than 1000 cars had to be at the venue for the entire duration of the concert. Cameras were installed across the venue at locations suggested by the Guinness World Records’ supervisors, which allowed them to periodically count the cars in attendance at the event.

“Creating a new world record is a wonderful achievement for us all and it’s heartening to see the enthusiasm shown by the residents of the twin cities to be part of this momentous occasion. As the nation’s lifestyle brand, the idea behind Jazz’s series of drive-in events was to provide Pakistanis alternate entertainment avenues in the new normal,” said Asif Aziz, Chief Commercial Officer, Jazz.

The major attractions at the drive-in concert included a star-studded lineup featuring Atif Aslam, Ali Azmat, and Bilal Khan, and one of the grandest fireworks show ever witnessed in the country. Concertgoers were provided space to park their vehicles in an orderly manner, so they could enjoy the concert from the comfort and safety of their vehicles. JazzCash offered discounts on tickets and a 25 percent discount on food stalls when paid via JazzCash QR Code.

Pakistan is thoroughly enjoying the return to normalcy with huge events, be it concerts or food festivals. However, the most recent food festival in Islamabad, TastePlus, went horribly wrong and it also resulted in Atif Aslam doing something very shocking. Here’s what went down:

The Event

This event in Islamabad was one of many food festivals being held. It was called TastePLUS and it took place over the past weekend. The event expectedly hosted over 10,000 people and as can be seen, by the videos, it was not enjoyable at all. Even though huge singers like Mustafa Zahid and Atif Aslam were booked for the crowd, the event could not be salvaged.

What Happened?

The event practically turned into a riot. This was especially unfortunate because people had waited for the event for a long time and Atif Aslam left only 5 minutes into the performance. The video shows that a girl who was harassed came onto the stage as she was crying and she spoke to Atif Aslam about what happened. Thereafter, the singer conferred with his management and walked off the stage.

The Growing Harassment In Public Events

These public events are showing the incredibly concerning wildness with which men throng themselves onto women. All these events are turning into huge stampedes, riots, and harassment hotspots as stags find a way to enter nonetheless. 

The recent RhythmFest in Lahore was also no different. With no strict control over drugs and alcohol, the event was a disaster, to say the least.

What Do We Need More Of?

We genuinely need more people like Atif Aslam who refuse to be associated with such events. Moreover, his walking out would definitely have hurt the organizers which will force them to take better measures next time.
