Not Getting What?
Bloomberg is a business reporting site that has some of the latest information on almost all tech-related things. As such, Bloomberg’s reporter,Mark Gurman has claimed that iPhone 13 may be in the pipeline without a touch ID.

According to Gurman’s report, Apple’s plans do not include launching this phone with a touch ID. However, they do want to add it in the future. He furthermore added that Apple has “long-term plans” related to Face ID. Such that they want to make it a necessity in the display of each phone.
Gurman also speculates that the future of the Apple iPhone 13 may have two possible scenarios. There is one which is that high-end iPhones will get in-display Face ID which would obviously raise their price. The other possibility is that the low-end models will stick to the regular Face ID in the notch.

However, there is also the best of both worlds as the previous scenarios are rather exclusive. It may be that high-end iPhones will get in-display Face ID while the cheaper models will remain with in-display Touch ID instead.

The iPhone 13 is reported to have a smaller display notch. Moreover, it is rumoured to be coming with a 120Hz refresh rate for the first time for Apple. In the Pro series, Apple will be bringing this refresh rate for the first time. Minar e Pakistan incident has attracted quite a lot of hype. Could this incident have gotten the hype to help Pakistanis forget Noor Mukadam? Possibly. Some speculations state that a girl was sexually harassed at Minar e Pakistan, while others are saying Ayesha Akram planned it all.

Even if we are to consider that she staged it, she would have hired only a few people. But a great many jumped on the bandwagon when they saw a girl being harassed. Not one tried to save her in that crowd. The victim said that her ordeal continued for almost three hours. And it was the police who came to her rescue.
Ever since the incident became viral, the victim-blaming and conspiracy theories have been going hand in hand. One such theory was that Iqrar-ul Hasan is to be blamed. Another theory was that the victim, Ayesha, staged it all. One other victim-blaming theory revolved around Ayesha (the TikToker) allegedly holding a fan meetup at Minar e Pakistan.
Parties accused in these theories have repeatedly rejected such claims. In an interview with a local channel, the victim was once again asked to address the allegations. There as well, she denied the speculation. She said that this was no fan meetup. She also said that she wasn’t ‘this famous’ to have a fan meetup anyway.
Ayesha lamented that she would never wish such fame on anyone.
She said, “People have made up so many things. I am already shaken.”
The advocate Hassaan had also hinted that the SP city was informed of the matter and he did not let Ayesha register FIR. In another development that makes one question life in the country is that after the incident, all 400 people were not captured and punished brutally, it was TikTok stars that got banned from all parks.
It is not the TikTokers who are to blame, it is the entitled mindset of the men who know they can get away with groping a woman in broad daylight no matter who instigated it.
But the men, or at least those men who come without families have not banned entry, rather, it was the TikTokers.

Two People Shot Dead
Two people were shot dead on Saturday in the SITE area who got married a few days ago. According to the police, Moosa alias Sher Zaman, 26, and his wife, Amna alias Rubi, 24, were gunned down near Sultani Masjid.
The couple who tied the knot a month ago contracted the marriage of free will without the family’s acceptance. The women’s family had opposed the marriage, says the police.
The reports of a jirga held to settle the issue came about around ten days ago. However, the woman’s brothers did not agree to the meeting.
The woman’s brothers named Asad and Siddiq barged into the couple’s house, fired them down, and escaped, the police added. The bodies of the victim were transferred later to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities.

I had a rosewater and cardamom cider tonight which was called "Gulab Jamun"……. Has craft beer gone too far? Also is this cultural appropriation???? So confused ahahaha. But also peak wellingtonian energy.

By the looks of it, we cannot understand how this tastes anything like Gulab Jamun. In fact, we can’t help but wonder whether if it’s just the name given to the product to make money out of our beloved sweet?

The State Bank of Pakistan has recently approved Rs.82.6 Million for the student loan scheme in Pakistan so let us dive into the details. This is one of the schemes launched by PM Imran Khan. It is intended to provide students with the means to further their studies if they have financial constraints.
Apart from bachelor degrees, students can opt for graduate and PhD programs as well, so the range is wide. Depending on how long the loan can be taken, students can then apply for this scheme made for public universities.

State Bank Approval
One of the main reasons this has been done has been made clear above. However, it has also been done to promote the sense of education among all individuals. For now, the 82.6 million rupees are going to be distributed among 518 deserving students. The catch is that the student must be going on merit. The loans can be given for a maximum period of up to 10 years. The loans can be repaid through instalments in one of two ways,
Six months from the date of first employment
One year from the date of completion of studies
National Bank of Pakistan is the administrator behind this scheme and they perform all the hard tasks. This includes everything from scrutiny, observance and approval. However, once you are cleared by them, you are free to utilize the loan for your studies.
If you wish to learn more details about this scheme, you can always visit the bank branch and find out. Apart from that, we encourage everyone to at least check it out. If they fund it to their liking, they can always try out for a loan. If the State Bank has approved this loan, then many more can be provided by the government. However, it must be kept in mind that this is meant for public educational institutes, not private ones.
As a self-taught artist, Khalil started sketching and painting of calligraphic work and carving on chalk from an early age. Later on, he developed the skills to carve calligraphic work and then portraits in bas-relief on wood. Very soon, wood became his favorite medium.
He started his career as a junior commercial artist in an advertising agency in 1978. Beside press and magazine advertisements the ad agency published 3 calendars displaying his sketches and calligraphic wood carvings for its clients. At that time he was just a teenager.
Over the decades, he received art commissions to produce relief portraits of well-to-do friends and patrons. He also wanted his artworks to become affordable. Therefore, he ventured into producing reproductions of his portraits in metal finish. Each one of these portraits are personally hand finished and inspected by him at every step till
dispatch.
In the following slides, we are presenting his selected work for your view. Hope you like what you see.
The production process of the portraits
He hand carves his Medallion portraits on wood, which happens to be his favorite medium. Each one of his medium-size portraits takes about 2 months to finish.
From his original portraits, he produces medallion portrait patterns in fiber resin. Such patterns can be readily used to produce molds for stroking coins and medals.
Recently, he has started hand-painting his portraits of Quaid-e-Azam and head of states of different countries. These hand-painted 3D portraits are finished by him. The
color portraits produced by him are appreciated for the quality of production. These portraits are unique in nature that add artistic and nationalistic appeal to the offices of high-ranking Government officials.

Portraits of Saudi leadership – 3 years labor of love and respect
The revered leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has held deep love and respect in every Pakistani heart. To display his respect for the Saudi leadership, Mr. Khalil Najmi hand-carved his first set of a set of 3 portraits on wood.
The set includes the following portraits:
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, His Majesty King Salman Bin Abdulaziz
Crown Prince His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad Bin Salman and
Late King His Majesty Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rehman.
From this set of portraits, he has developed a second set of portraits as Medallion portrait patterns. These patterns can be readily used to produce medals and coins.
His third and final set comprises of hand painted 3D portraits to add nationalistic and artistic appeal to the offices and households of esteemed Saudi royal family and high ranking officials of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
It has taken him 3 years to develop three complete sets. He is waiting to
have the honor to personally present his work to His Majesty King Salman

The movie is directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber and it focuses on an Interpol agent who is on a mission to track the world’s most wanted art thief. Wait for it…the movie reportedly has a budget of $160 million.
3. tick, tick…BOOM!
This is going to be a musical which is something different yet interesting nonetheless. Lin-Manuel Miranda will make his directorial debut with this new musical headed by Andrew Garfield, Alexandra Shipp, Robin de Jesús, Vanessa Hudgens, and Judith Light. The musical is also an autobiography by Jonathan Larson, the guy who created Rent.
4. Bruised
This Netflix original will also be a hit for sure. Netflix reportedly paid $20 million for this Halle Berry-directed movie and here’s why. It is about an MMA fighter who has been down on her luck in recent years. The movie is about her plan to get her life back in order.
5. You, Season 3
This year will also see Season 3 of this creepy and dexterous show. Joe has his eyes set on his blonde neighbour and things will go sour very soon. The show explores many modern concepts like mompreneur, capitalist and whatnot making it all the more interesting.
6. Stranger Things, Season 4
The one show we actually can not wait for. It has been far too long since we met the crew and we’re missing them. The Hawkins crew has to figure out how to get Hopper out of Russia in the next season of Stranger Things, coming soon.
