The event was well attended by more than 250 participants, including 200+ participants who tuned in online.

Fifa 23 Trailer Launched, Features Women’s Club Football For The First Time

Electronic Arts released the trailer of FIFA 23 on Tuesday, which is the last game of the FIFA series developed by EA. The highlight of this game is the inclusion of women’s club football teams for the first time.

EA also revealed on Tuesday that, the cover of the game is featuring both a male and female player (also for the very first time). Chelsea’s Sam Kerr shares the honour with PSG’s Kylian Mbappé. Kerr becomes the series’ first global female cover star, which was long overdue.

FIFA 23 features only two leagues, to begin with; the FA Women’s Super League and the French Division 1 Féminine. There will be broadcast overlays for each team and authentic kits for each team. EA maintains that the roster will be expanded in the near future.

In another development, FIFA 23 features both the men’s and women’s top international tournaments. The women’s competition will take place in New Zealand and Australia during the summer of 2023, whereas, the men’s competition will begin in Qatar in the month of November. Football fans can expect to experience a live gaming experience of both tournaments in FIFA 23, along with real stadiums, uniforms, and props.

EA’s FIFA 16 was the first to include women’s football in their 30-year-old gaming series. However, there were just a few foreign teams involved in that game. Last year’s installment increased the number of international squads to 17. It also allowed users to create a female player for the game’s Pro Clubs mode. However, it received the backlash that the inclusion of the women’s game is essentially a PR stunt because of the restricted restrictions.

The popularity of women’s games is increasing at its best, aided by the recent Euro 2022 event. “We’re committed to building an equitable experience and aspire to help grow women’s football,” said FIFA 23 producer, Matt Lafreniere.

She further added, “We are going to have a lot of exciting things to share around women’s football in the coming months, so stay tuned.”

The company has stated that further information regarding women’s club game, such as the subsequent inclusion of other leagues, will be disclosed over the next several months. It has been confirmed that female players have been motion captured to help insure authentic animation. Furthermore, women’s matches will benefit from the game’s new Hypermotion 2 technology, which applies machine learning to motion-captured data to create new, realistic player movements on the fly. In addition, it has been confirmed that motion capture has been used to ensure that authentic animation will be used.

The FIFA video game franchise, which has been created by EA for the past 30 years, will end with FIFA 23. In May, it was announced that the publisher will lose the licence because of a dispute over exclusivity and prices. Now, a wide variety of video game developers will be able to use the FIFA video game licence. While this is all going on, Electronic Arts have stated that it will begin using the EA Sports FC name in 2023.

PUBG MOBILE LAUNCHES CAMPUS CHALLENGE WITH GRAND PRIZE OF RS4 MILLION

July 20, 2022: PUBG MOBILE, Pakistan’s No. 1 gaming platform, has collaborated with Jazz, Pakistan’s leading cellular company, to officially launch PUBG MOBILE Campus Challenge (PMCC) Pakistan for university-going students. Pakistan thumped Sri Lanka in the first test by 4 wickets, in a record-breaking run chase on a difficult pitch. Pakistan chased 342 runs in the 2nd session of the final day at Galle, on the back of a monumental inning by Abdullah Shafique. This is the second-best run chase by Pakistan in Test cricket, whereas, it is the first time that a 300+ score is chased at Galle International Stadium.

Sri Lankans were ambitious to give a 350+ target to visitors, with Dinesh Chandimal nearing his hundred. However, Pakistani bowlers rained on their parade to bundle them out for 337 runs. Chandimal remained not out at 94. He also scored a gutsy 76 in the first innings. Pakistan all-rounder Mohammad Nawaz picked up his maiden 5-for in the second innings. Sri Lankans looked comfortable with the target of 342 because the highest run chase at Galle stadium before this match was 268 by Sri Lanka against New Zealand in 2019.

The task looked improbable considering the big total, pitch conditions, and Galle’s reputation. However, this all did not matter, once Pakistani batters set foot on the pitch. Pakistan’s mountainous chase was led by 22-year-old, Abdullah Shafique. He showed great temperament and valour, playing 408 balls in a battle of nerves to guide his team home. He was fluent in his stroke-making from the first ball, though he survived a close lbw review in the fourth over of the innings. After that, he was flawless throughout his innings.

He and Imam added 87 runs for the first wicket to set the pace for the innings. After Imam’s departure, Azhar Ali came into bat, only to get back to the pavilion after adding only 6 runs to the total. His poor run of form continues.

Captain Babar Azam joined Abdullah in the middle, and he meant business from the get-go. He continued his second innings, right where he left his first innings at 119. The duo rapidly scaled milestones, Babar Azam went past 3000 Test runs, and eventually scored his 22nd Test half-century. Shafique completed his second Test hundred with the second-wicket stand also crossing 100, before Babar was bowled brilliantly by Sri Lanka’s new spin sensation Prabath Jayasuriya.

After Babar’s departure, Rizwan played a colorful inning of 40, despite some close calls and lbw appeals. While Abdullah remained cool as a cucumber on the other end. He continued to rotate the strike effectively to keep the scoreboard busy.

Pakistan required another 66 runs after Rizwan’s departure, with Abdullah standing firm and 6 wickets in hand, this could have been a cakewalk for Pakistan. But Agha Salman and Hasan Ali got out in the span of 6 balls, thanks to Jayasuriya. The 30-year-old spinner has 21 wickets after two test matches.

Abdullah Shafique adjourned Man of the Match for his valiant efforts.

Pakistan is leading the two-match series with 1-0, and sitting comfortably at 4^th position in the World Test Championship table. They have a chance to improve their standing with a clean sweep against Sri Lanka.
