AR Game ‘Jurassic World Alive’ Coming to Mobiles

https://youtu.be/F6eMy2t_0Sk

Players can explore their neighbourhoods and cities around the world to track down and collect DNA from a variety of dinosaurs, Universal Studios’ games division explains, lured onward by the prospect of free in-game incubators and exclusive dinos.

The DPG is to feature in June 2018 feature film “Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom,” a preservation non-profit founded by former dinosaur theme park manager Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard in the movies), who has seen the the error of her ways and heads back to Isla Nublar as part of a last-ditch rescue effort.

But players might question the DPG’s true purpose as, if references to 2016’s blockbuster AR game “Pokémon Go” were not obvious enough, different players’ teams of hybrid dinosaurs can be made to fight each other.

What appears to be new is that in contrast to “Pokémon Go” studio Niantic, Universal and Montreal developer Ludia are baking in a way for players to get involved without leaving their homes.

An in-game drone can be used to collect DNA samples, retaining an element of discovery and, presumably, opening up an additional avenue of in-app revenue generation for Universal for those players that make heavy use of the drone mechanic.

Players will also be able to pose and take pictures and videos of dinosaurs they’ve collected during gameplay.

Universal and Ludia are targeting an App Store and Google Play store launch for iOS and Android “just ahead” of “Jurassic World: the Fallen Kingdom” itself, which arrives in North American theatres from June 22, 2018.

Saudi Arabia to Host First Pro Golf Tournament

Saudi Arabia will stage its first European Tour golf event in 2019 as the conservative kingdom opens its doors a little more to professional sport, it was announced on Thursday.

Saudi Arabia will stage its first European Tour golf event in 2019 as the conservative kingdom opens its doors a little more to professional sport, it was announced on Thursday.

The tournament, the first in a three-year partnership, will take place from January 31 to February 3, 2019, and will be staged at the Royal Greens Golf and Country Club in King Abdullah Economic City on the Red Sea coastline.

Plans were finalized this week during the visit to London of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman, the man seen as the oil-rich country’s key driver of reform.

“We are very excited to be taking the first steps toward bringing professional golf to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the first time and I must thank His Royal Majesty, Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for his vision in making this happen,” said European Tour chief executive Keith Pelley.

The new Saudi tournament will form part of the early season Gulf desert swing which already includes tournaments in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Qatar and Oman.

“I hope that this event will inspire more Saudis to take up the game and show that, as a nation, we can host sporting events of this calibre,” said Yasir Othman Al-Rumayyan, the president of the Saudi Arabian Golf Federation.

The tournament may have its work cut out, however, as Saudi Arabia has yet to produce a professional golfer.

Their national team is made up of amateurs, all ranked at 1,937 in the world.

Saudi Arabia has witnessed a number of steps forward in sports organisation this year with a first-ever professional women’s squash tournament staged in Riyadh and women allowed into stadiums to watch local league football matches.

Iqra Aziz’s Fake Picture Gets Social Media Backlash

Once again the internet has not failed us in realizing just how low some people can get with their comments. One thing’s for sure, nobody will say a word if it’s an artist or actor from a foreign country but if our actresses work day and night to stand where they are now, they get ridiculed for no reason.

Recently, Pakistani model and actress Iqra Aziz was ridiculed during Lux style awards for wearing a white gown. Now, they have targeted her again for no reason at all.

It just goes to show that no matter what, the haters on the internet will find a way to make our artists and actresses look bad and feel bad.

This picture of Iqra Aziz is apparently photoshopped and is not real.

Really, haters? Honestly, even though its fake, Iqra Aziz looks absolutely stunning in this perfect red-carpet look. But then, some people like to think differently..

Ever heard about back-bitters going to Jahanum too?

Actually, I’m pretty sure her parents are proud of her hard work. For an actress to get to this stage, she needs to work for years. It’s not that easy!

So, these people looking at her are going to heaven? Ridiculous!

Well, I feel sorry for our locals who, instead of encouraging, decide that it’s a perfect idea to discourage all her hard work.

And if she does work abroad, I don’t see how haters will still stop.

Indeed, no matter what she wears, she looks fabulous!

Honestly, it doesn’t matter what anyone thinks. No matter what you do, there will always be haters in life to bring you down but what matters is that you become that same unstoppable force that they fear. Stay awesome, Iqra Aziz!

20 #LifeRules Pakistani Women Must Follow!

Woman thy name is compromise, NOT. Shielded and protected since birth, a woman needs to break free and explore her innate qualities before the day arrives for her to settle down. Unfortunately, most of the time, young women are not given the time to things they’d like to do or dreams they’d love to pursue.

The scenario hasn’t changed much even though there are winds of change blowing in this time. Getting married is looked upon as the rightful destination or earning validation of being a woman. Don’t let the societal pressures get you down.

Here’s a list of things you can do and sign off that may slightly or majorly add value to your ‘self’ and make you feel somewhat personally accomplished and a tad satisfied before entering a new phase of life:

Start by being confident & comfortable in your own skin. Accept yourself.

PSL Season 3 Livestream Crosses 8.2 million views in 15 Matches!

In case you didn’t know yet – ISPs all over the country are raising eyebrows at cricketgateway.pk, the go-to destination and home of the HBLPSL, season 3.

PCBs official Media Marketing Right Holders Blitz Advertising (in partnership with ITW and Trans Group) has once again swept the tables clean with a live, exclusive DRM telecast on cricketgateway.pk (Feb 2018).

With over 2200 unlicensed streams blocked on DRM within the first few hours, this initiative has proven a win-win situation for both the advertisers and subscribers.
When it comes to numbers, Pakistan’s second exclusive content livestream has outperformed expectations.

Viewership has crossed the one million mark in just two matches, exclusively on Cricketgateway.pk, with the introductory match of the reigning champions (Peshawar Zalmi) and the new contender Multan Sultans, alone claiming 650,000 views within 4 hours, beating last season’s semi-final record of most eyeballs in a single match.

With 100% of in-stream ad inventory sold, premiere brands like ABL, Oppo, Shell, Telenor, Reckitt Benckiser, Sensodyne, GSK, Krone, Unilever, Soneri Bank and many others have flocked into the picture. The value of this exclusive telecast and its advertisement increased manifold as a unified ad loaded beam was propagated throughout Pakistan through a host of partner apps and websites, including wickets.tv and Tapmad.

Ahsen Idris, CEO Blitz Advertising

“The PSL 3.0 livestream has exceeded all expectations within its first 2 days, advertisers and media partners alike. With industry giants like ABL, Unilever, Reckitt and Telenor hopping onto the bandwagon, Brand PSL is all set to achieve new records on digital this season.

Our expectation is to cross 20 million eyeballs this year (a year on year increase of 50%), and so far it’s proven to be a roller coaster ride. It would be no surprise if Pakistan’s crown jewel of sports entertainment goes pay per view next year’ – Ahsen Idris, CEO Blitz Advertising.
