In this video, it was evident that Mufti Sahab was feeling quite frustrated. Or maybe that he wanted to seduce an acquaintance. Whatever the reason be, he decided to record himself as he performed obscene activities. After he was done with it, he settled on his bed and gave his signature ‘bosa’ (kiss), and that was the end.

Considering this video was shot from a mobile phone, we can only wonder if it was before he was publicly insulted or after. This is because the last time he was scandalized, Abdul Qavi’s uncle confiscated his phone, and he was also sent to seek mental help by the family.

The reality of the situation

But does this really qualify for mental help? Or was this the easy way out of the previous scandal? This question arises because this is not a psychological illness but the need to exercise dominance; it is about power. This is exactly what we saw recently with Mufti Azizur Rehman as well. These men not only have the male privilege but they also exploit religion given how they have embedded their profession in it.

Will some action be taken against them? Will society begin to hold such men accountable? These are questions only time can answer. Until then, we can only hope to keep us, our daughters, and our sons safe from these men and their lust.

Education is one of the most vital parts of a person’s life. A nation soars high when the rate of education in it is high. Indeed, a lot of knowledge lies out there. However, one must grab on to education tight. To promote education in Pakistan, the government has decided to introduce a single national curriculum. This will ensure that every student in Pakistan receives the same level of education.

This type of curriculum reduces a bias that is often created between systems. It removes the class system that heavily occupies our society today. The Details Of The Curriculum

A piece of news has been circulating the internet for quite some time. However, it is false in nature. What some people are saying is that the Ulema have asked for inappropriate images to be removed from the curriculum as well as information. However, this is false on quite a lot of fronts. The subject they claim to be referring to is Biology.

For now, the curriculum has just been made till grade 5. Biology appears in the syllabus around grades 9 and 10. So there would be no reason for the Ulema to say anything in this regard. Additionally, the content of the syllabus is checked and approved by experts before anything is done. The Islamic section itself is being checked by religious scholars.

It has also been said that the curriculum discriminates against minorities. However, one must also take this news as false. This is because the single national curriculum has been made to cater to the needs of every student. It contains nothing that would cause discrimination based on race, religion, etc.

Additionally, the curriculum also adds things to it which are approved by people from all walks of life. It is under development from experts hailing from all segments of society. The purpose is also to reduce the amount of discrimination and create unity. All of this is to be done while promoting education. So, why would they be against minorities?

National Foods realized that and decided to do their part this year on the World Environment Day.

On the World Environment Day, this year, National Foods Limited took a major step as part of their beliefs of ‘Being Responsible’ and ‘Leading by Example’. To save nature, the company optimized the Recipe Mixes’ packs to reduce its carbon footprint & paper usage by 25%. Because of this measure, the company will be saving a large number of trees every year.

To ensure that this effort gains momentum, the company sent starter packs for planting trees to many influencers. The starter pack was not only cute but very utility oriented as well. It contained three types of seeds: sunflower, cantaloupe, and okra. It also had a pot in which you could plant these seeds. With that were National Foods special recipe mixes packs.

The speciality, however, was how eco-friendly the boxes the products came in were. They were made with seed paper! As the name suggests, you could plant the paper itself to get a tree back from it. Isn’t it poetic; returning back what was taken from the nature?

Uber Partners With UNESCO To Provide Teachers With Free Rides To Vaccination Centers

Islamabad – June 22, 2021: Uber, the global ride-hailing platform that seamlessly connects riders with drivers, in an attempt to extend its commitment towards education development, has collaborated with the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) to provide free rides to teachers to and from their respective vaccination centers in Pakistan.

Uber is offering 4 free rides for teachers and educational professionals, identified by the Government of Pakistan, travelling to and from one of the dedicated vaccination centers available on the NCOC (National Command and Operation Center) website. Each ride will have a maximum cap of PKR 300 and this offer will be valid till September 3rd, 2021. Riders will receive a voucher code via their relevant Department of Education and will be able to redeem the discount on the app by claiming the voucher.

This initiative is a part of Uber’s global commitment to provide one million free rides to help fight against the Covid-19 pandemic. Uber is a member of the Global Education Coalition and has previously worked with UNESCO to help students in various countries. With this collaboration, Uber and UNESCO aim to extend their partnership towards the betterment of the education sector in Pakistan that has been the hardest hit by the effects of Covid-19 and to remove transportation as a barrier to teachers’ access to vaccinations.

“Teachers are one of the most integral parts of this society and we at Uber would like to facilitate them with safely getting back to their classrooms. We are proud to partner with UNESCO to mobilize the teachers in Pakistan and encourage them to get vaccinated,” said Shahid Khan, the new Country Head at Uber Pakistan.

Talking about the partnership, Mr. Zafar Hayat Malik, Head of Education at UNESCO Pakistan commented, “We are delighted to continue our partnership with Uber to provide rides to teachers to access vaccinations as these become available; this will make a meaningful difference for many educators and school communities in Pakistan and help children get back to learning in classrooms as soon as possible.”

Uber and UNESCO’s partnership is a part of Uber’s global #MoveWhatMatters campaign under which Uber has partnered with various organizations over the past year around the world, to provide free and discounted rides to frontline workers, healthcare officials, and introduce delivery mechanisms for medicines and groceries as well.

MasterCard got into partnership with Conservation International. As part of this partnership, the brand will roll out Impact Gift cards. These cards allow users to donate for wildlife preservation. The best part about these cards that urges you to donate is the visuals. On the card, you will find the picture of the dying specie and the expiry date of the card is when that certain specie is expected to go extinct. The ad campaign was curated by McCann.

Talk about bringing a somber tone!

By doing this donation drive, Conservation International will be preserving habitat that is home to numerous critically endangered species.

Through this campaign, the brand is taking on the issue of habitat loss. They want to bring people’s attention to this matter alongside actively saving the habitat. This work just might be able to save some of the 1 million animal and plant species about to become extinct. As a result, at least some of the biodiversity may remain intact.

For now, the species they are addressing through this Wildlife Impact Card program are Sunda Pangolin, African Forest Elephant, Peruvian Yellow-Tailed Woolly Monkey, and the Black-and-White Ruffed Lemur.

According to the users, the issue has surfaced after updating the app to its latest version, 12.23.16.23.arm64. Many android users, including Samsung, Sony, Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and more, are facing the same.

Fortunately, there is a way to fix this until Google rolls out an update patch. You can go to the Apps section in the device Settings and search for Google. Next, tap on the stop, disable, or Force Stop. This is a temporary fix, and users are advised not to update to the 12.23.16.23.arm64 version until Google officially fixes this issue.

You can also try uninstalling the Google app update by heading to Settings > Apps > Google app > three-dot menu > Uninstall updates.

This will prevent your android from installing the latest version until Google comes with a new updated version.

Located just one block away from their biggest rival Apple Inc’s own retail store, the Art Deco building now houses Google’s New York headquarters.

After all, this is no everyday occurrence but more of a once-in-a-lifetime event. Illuminated “discovery boxes” in the windows attract the passersby using advanced level augmented reality technology.

According to the architect behind the design, the idea was to inspire and “reawaken visitors to the childlike wonder found in the technology and digital innovation on display”. From what we have heard and seen, the place is not just wondrous but magical in a way only technology is.

The light and neutral shades of the backdrop and furniture make sure that all attention is directed towards the devices on display. It is the hope of many including Ivy Ross, Vice President of Design, User Experience, and Research for Google Hardware. While hosting the virtual tour, Ivy expressed her hope that the store will satisfy and bring happiness to the customers just by being inside the store.

Having multiple charms is always attractive. Google store also boasts many of its charms including a children’s room dedicated to video games playing through Google’s own streaming services. Moreover, there is also an imagination space that shows products and services not yet out in public. A dark area is also allocated for the testing of the night sight feature of the Pixel Phone.

Now, this vehicle may be underrated in the region. It is certainly one that deserves recognition in Pakistan. When it finally does hit the road, we expect it to attract a huge crowd. The Sonata is expected to have two variants in Pakistan. While the exact details are not here, we do have an overview of them. The first one is said to be a 2.0 Litre petrol engine variant. Sonata is considered a mid-size sedan and it has immense potential. Vehicles like Honda Accord and Toyota Camry are quite expensive to buy. They also carry a ‘Luxury tax’ on them. However, the Sonata price is expected to be between Rs.7 million to Rs.9 million. This doesn’t mean that the price is solid, it can still vary beyond this range. However, you should be prepared to face this kind of bargain.
