How To Create More Storage Space On Your Smartphone

People with smartphones usually crave for two things; high battery life and space.

While extending your smartphone’s battery might not be that easy, there are easier ways and tricks through which you can extend your smartphone’s storage space.

Here are a few smart ways to create more storage:

1. Memory Cards

Memory Card

By doing so, you will be providing your phone with an alternate place to store all the data that you want to preserve; like photos, videos, and songs.

A memory card allows you the opportunity to use a greater space by simply upgrading to another with greater storage space.

Top 10 Ways to Save Your Smartphone From Getting Hacked

2. Stream NOT Download!

Netfix

If you love watching movies and seasons, try streaming then on various online streaming sites rather than downloading them.

The greater the size of the item that you have stored in your phones the slower the phone’s processing becomes. With platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime, streaming your favorite content has become much easier!

3. Keep a Constant Check & Delete Un-Needed Content

Unknowingly we tend to be storing a lot of useless things like duplicate, ugly or unnecessary data.

It is recommended that you perform a thorough check of your phone’s gallery routinely to free up this space that is being wasted for no good reason.

4. Use a Cloud/Drive Service

Nowadays there are lots of applications that provide users with certain gigabytes of free space on a cloud server or drive.

If your current memory card is reaching its maximum potential switch to storing your items on the cloud.

Apart from being an excellent storage location, it is also something that is easily accessible with just an internet and the internet-enabled device.

5. Get rid of Un-Used Applications

how to delete apps

A lot of people hoard applications in their phones; this is an extremely unhealthy habit. Scan the applications that you have installed in your phone and delete those that are just collecting digital dust and eating away precious space on your phone.

6. Try using a Lower Resolution for Videos

You do not need to go full-on 4K when making videos. Use a lower resolution since videos tend to take the greatest space.

So there you have it, 6 steps that you can take to ensure that your phone’s precious space is well used.

As part of Jazz’s recently pledged PKR 1.2 billion support towards Covid19 relief, this decision to match customer contributions came at a time when the number of COVID confirmed cases has surged to about 10,513 – according to government figures. The matching contribution applies not just to the 61 million subscribers, but also to Jazz employees who have voluntarily contributed up to 3 days of their salary to the Fund.

Aamir Ibrahim, CEO Jazz said: “At this point, every rupee counts, and both urgency and strategy are needed to outdo the ghastly pandemic. We will match every rupee contributed by customers and employees. On the strategic end, we are structurally aligning our digital services so the crisis can be monitored and contained with minimal business and economic disruption.”

This program is expected to raise a substantial amount in contributions and will serve the health and food relief needs for those who have been left destitute by COVID-19 related lockdown via the PMs National COVID Relief Fund. In this time of need, Jazz – the company, its generous customers, and passionate employees – stand with Pakistan.

Jazz Reaches Quetta With Food Rations

Being vocal about serious issues has certainly made Mahira’s platform important so it is natural that no tweet goes unnoticed. Her recent tweet to the director and producer of Pokémon caught attention.

The tweet said,

Hello,I am Azlan Askari. Me and my friend have made a Pokémon. We have made the design, the name, the type & the evolutions. Can I have an email to contact you? I am a massive fan of Pokémon and it would make my dream come true if you put my Pokémon in the game.

To which an anonymous account replied: Can someone take internet access away from celebrities during quarantine?

To which Mahira replied:

“That’s my son using my twitter. He has spent this whole month making a kick a** Pokémon animation & asked me if he could some way email or msg this man. If only you had bothered reading. Hope you can use your internet for better things”

NIH

23rd March 2020: On Thursday, Dawn.com reported that a Chinese pharma has offered to conduct clinical trials of the COVID-19 vaccine in Pakistan. A Chinese pharmaceutical company called Sinopharm has invited the National Institute of Health (NIH), Islamabad to work together.

The collaboration was initiated in a letter that was sent to the National Institute of Health (NIH) Executive Director Maj Gen Dr. Aaemer Ikram by Li Can, general manager of China Sinopharm International Corp. that said, “a successful clinical trial in Pakistan will make it one of [the] first few countries for the launch of a COVID-19 vaccine”

Dr. Aaemar while speaking to dawn said the deal seems to be pretty decent for Pakistan.”We want to increase the trend of clinical trials in the country. There are a number of laws before it can start; it has to be approved by the ethics committee, et al, but we will start when we get the clearance.”

28th of February: Moderna, a US-based biotech company has claimed that its Coronavirus vaccines are ready for the first tests.

The experimental vaccines have now been shipped just six weeks after it started working on the immunization.

The initial trials of the ‘potential’ vaccine may begin from April, however, it is also expected that the trial and test period can go on for at least a year.

In a statement made by Moderna on Monday claims that that the first batch of its vaccine called mRNA-1273, has been dispatched to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).

Moderna also added that the first vials of the experimental vaccine would be used in a planned Phase 1 study in the United States, which typically involves testing a vaccine on a small number of healthy humans.

Even if the clinical trial is successful, further testing and regulatory approvals would be needed before the vaccine could be deployed widely. On the other hand, pharma giants Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) and GlaxoSmithKline (GLAXF) are also working on COVID-19 vaccines.

What’s in mRNA Vaccines?

Moderna has yet to produce a proven vaccine using its mRNA technology platform that aims to make drugs that will help the human body to make proteins to prevent or fight disease.

The drugs will make use of messenger ribonucleic acid, a molecule vital to the proper functioning of the body’s cells.

So far, this technology has tested positive in tests and now is currently in phase 2, according to a company spokesperson.

Do’s & Dont’s Of Skincare Routine During Quarantine

This is important. Men and women, please take notes.

We’ve all made excuses for not taking care of our skin because of the lack of time. But here we are, in a lockdown, with ample time to do so much with our skin. Yeah, you may be thinking since you’re at home not being exposed to the sun or pollution, your skin may be in the perfect condition, right? Wrong. Our skin needs extra care because as of right now, we’re neglecting it.

Keep in mind the do’s and dont’s of your skincare routine during quarantine.

Do’s:

1. Wear sunscreen:
You do need sunscreen even when you’re at home because UV rays tend to enter the house via glass, and now that you’re probably going to the window to fetch some natural light your skin needs that shield more than ever.

2. Don’t overdo it

Just because you’re home doesn’t mean you start experimenting with your skin. Use the required skin products as per your skin type.

3. Adopt new habits

Opt for a skincare routine according to your skin type. Moreover, you can also start having detoxifying by making detox water now that you’re home.

4. Apply face masks

Masks serve as treatments and instruments for pampering but overdoing it can be a real issue. On busy weekdays at work, you rarely get to pamper yourself but now is the time! There is no harm in using a sheet mask daily, but those with sensitive skin, this sudden increase in concentrated care can cause issues.

However, if you just enjoy the rest and relaxation that it offers, anywhere from once a week or thrice a week is okay.

Dont’s:

1. Don’t forget to moisturize

People would sit around in air-conditioned rooms more often than in pre-coronavirus times. This can cause your skin to be exposed to dry air for a longer time. Use a humidifier in the room where you sit most often in the house.

3. Don’t take hot showers

Avoid taking too many long, hot showers as hot water sucks the moisture out of your skin. Yes, we know that hot showers are very relaxing and have the power to take away all the stress, but you don’t want to burn your skin or take away all your moisture.

Money Heist Producer Claims He’s Unaware Of Season 5!

Source/ The Buzz Paper

Compare notes with other Money Heist/La Casa de Papel fans and you’ll find everyone can tell you how long it took them to binge on the fourth part. The answer would be somewhere around three days or less. However, it’s an undeniable fact that we are ready for the next chapter of the show.

The highly-anticipated series finally landed on the streaming site on April 3, and all of its eight episodes have been released. As many fans are waiting for “Money Heist” season 5 renewal news, series creator Alex Pina shared his two cents on the matter.

Since Netflix has not released any update yet, he admitted that he himself is not certain about it yet.

He revealed that he heard from fan comments and other sources that “Money Heist” season 5 has been confirmed, and even the sixth season was also given the “go” signal. However, he said that no one from Netflix had informed him about it as yet.

“Someone knows there will be a fifth season, but we don’t,” he told the Spanish outlet ABC. “There were discussions about it but there is no official decision as of this time.” He added.

He also mentioned, “with La Casa De Papel, we go game by game, like Simeone,” script coordinator, Javier Gomez Santander, told the outlet, we do not ever consider how long the show can last.”

“Money Heist” season 5 is predicted to have longer exposure to the new character called Manila. Fans theorized that she would be the gang member who will kill Arturo. She shot the hated character after learning he raped their fellow hostage Amanda and Manila went after Arturo.

But then, since he was only shot in the leg and likely to live, it was predicted that in “Money Heist” Season 5, Manila will not let him get away with it and will hunt him until he’s dead. Finally, the upcoming installment, if renewed, is likely to return to screens in end of 2021.
