That, of course, had to get crazier as expected!

We soon saw many on the internet getting obsessed with just how Bilal Abbas Khan captures their own moment of falling in love with someone and breaking that ice as well. From talking about his innocence to the way he presents that sumptuous Cornetto Disc Brownie to his possible connection, it was all that people needed to bring forth their own stories of how they did and would break the ice.

LUMS Waiter To Complete His Degree With Help Of University Students

Caring about each other is the spirit of humanity. It is that spirit that we get to see closely from the recent viral story about Ansar Ali, a LUMS waiter who eventually got to study at Szabist. The story begins when some LUMS students had a detailed conversation with Ansar whilst including him in their project titled, Humans of LUMS.

Ansar Ali – The bread earner of the family

As part of that project, they got to know how Ansar had to abandon studies in class 9th, not because he didn’t like it but because his father had passed away and he had to become the breadwinner. Thus, he bade farewell to something that was close to his heart.

When the students asked him if he wanted to resume studies, he considered it too late in his timeline. Plus, he also had the responsibilities of his family. At that time, these students were only students even though way more privileged than him. But as students, they couldn’t really afford to help much. So, all they could do was tip generously.

LUMS students start gathering funds

A little more stable in life, LUMS student shares that when they were nearing graduation, they decided to put Ansar back into school.

It was an ordeal. Much more than what they had expected. It turns out that for him to gain proper education, he first needed to complete school, then intermediate, and then later on the university. Moreover, they had to ensure that his family kept getting the amount at home that Ansar would send from his earnings as a waiter.

From LUMS waiter To SZABIST student

To make all of this possible, they initially made a GoFundMe account. Students would help, as those graduated and got proper jobs, they helped on a bigger scale as well. And others would also pitch in. This way 30,000 per month was possible. With continued help, not only did he clear his intermediate exam with a flying score but also got admitted to Szabist Islamabad on a partial scholarship.

Now, in just two months, this long journey will come to an end with Ansar graduating from Szabist with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance.

The name itself refers to a range that will offer no combustion engines.

This Ramadan, once again, TV was graced with Ramadan special shows. While that entails only Sehri and Iftar transmissions for some channels, others go the extra mile and air dramas as well. For one of the local channels, that meant airing Chupke Chupke. While Chupke Chupke does seem neatly executed with its chemistry, plot, and storyline, people are not very happy with one of the lead cast.

Playing Meenu in the drama, Ayeza Khan has taken on all the traits of a bubbly girl who is spontaneous, doesn’t think much of the consequences and the sole purpose of her life is to avoid studies. Studies. This brings into view another problem. It is extremely difficult to understand what she is studying. In some scenes, she is holding O-levels books that can only mean she is 16 years old. But then in other scenes, people are talking about her doing graduation (which is another term for bachelors). At another instance, someone said she was doing her Masters in Maths.

And let’s not forget the time when Faazi asked Meenu to recite the table of 9. Which university requires you to learn that?

Love for the drama poured in for superb acting skills displayed by Gul Apa (Mira Sethi), Faazi bhai (Osman Khalid Butt), and Hadi Bhai (Arsalan Naseer); Not to mention that people liked Faazi bhai and Meenu’s interaction even though every time they have interacted, shots have been fired. Of course, some people must not have liked this as well but everyone has the right to their opinions. The most criticism on one of the aspects of this drama however was Ayeza Khan playing Meenu.

So, what do we know about the virus so far? We know that it attacks without remorse, as all viruses have. However, its fatality rate is not as high as many others that have struck. The vaccine is being administered to more and more people every day and it is yielding good results. While the scale of administration may not be too high, we are getting there slowly.

Recent Discovery On COVID-19

A recent study has shown the chances of re-infection of the novel coronavirus in young adults is still high regardless of the presence of antibodies. Previously, it was concluded that once the person has developed antibodies, the chances of re-infection are quite low. However, the latest research, which took place in “The Mount Sinai School of Medicine,” states otherwise.

The results concluded that young adults should be cautious of contracting the virus even if they have previously caught and recovered from the COVID-19. The study took place from May to November 2020 on more than 3,000 young, healthy US Marines. The study results concluded that out of the participants who had previously had COVID-19, 10-percent experienced reinfection.

The researchers discovered that the participants who experienced re-infection with the virus also had lower levels of antibodies. This was concluded in comparison to the participants who didn’t experience reinfection during the study period.

Another finding of the study concluded that the patients who have had a re-infection are also prone to transmit the virus. However, more research on the aspect is necessary to conclude the findings.

The majority of reinfections resulted in asymptomatic or mild cases of COVID-19. The results may be different for previously infected individuals with extremely low antibody levels when the reinfection occurs. The study’s senior author Stuart Sealfon, MD, said.

This also means that the details and invitation will be extended towards users with an Apple ID.

According to ProPakistan, Tecno will be launched under United Mobile on April 21st. After conquering the African market – in which it ranks among the three most popular smartphone brands – the company is hoping to expand its operations into countries such as Pakistan and India.

Last year, the company launched its much-anticipated flagship phones – Tecno Phantom 6 and Tecno Phantom 6 Plus.

Honeymoon destinations are a very critical topic amongst the newlyweds. And, rightfully so. First of all, it is difficult to choose the place because both partners want different things. But amidst this pandemic, many countries went into lockdowns, so they were not allowing tourists either. Meanwhile, other countries receiving visitors were themselves employing strategies such as work from home, which meant that tourists could not see the culture first hand. So there was no point traveling to those countries either.

But does that mean people should not have their honeymoon? No way, they definitely should. Honeymoon is a tradition in itself and if you think you can complete it sometime later, let me tell you, that never happens!

So if you are worried about where to travel during this COVID-19, we have some suggestions for you.

1. Turkey

Turkey has been the hot travel destination amongst Pakistanis for a few years. It is beautiful, it is cheap, and it is so safe that even girls can travel solo. Plus, it brings together different religions and cultures; that melting pot makes an exciting sight. Although, since newlyweds are choosing the country, I would suggest less explored cities so they can enjoy a romantic trip.

2. The Maldives

The Maldives is a group of islands. One might think that all it offers is water or water sports. Yes, it has water and activities for those waters. But there is so much more. If you are not a water person, you can choose to stay in villages and explore their culture. If you are a beach person, you can get accommodation alongside the beach. And if by chance you want solitude and the water together, you can choose a hut over the water (I would love that option but it’s expensive).

3. Mauritius 

Another place to try out is Mauritius. You get to experience a culture that brings you a mixture of major religions co-existing; it is an interesting idea which I personally would like to explore. But make sure your partner enjoys exploring culture as well.

4. Seychelles

People say Seychelles is exactly like the Maldives. But it’s more expensive compared to the Maldives. This is also a plus point, however. Because if you can afford it, why shouldn’t you go to a place a lesser crowd would be going to.

5. Baku

If you want beauty and affordability together in your trip, Azerbaijan is the place to go. Since the place is affordable, you and your partner can explore the country in a short time and then just laze around for the rest of your trip.
