Bushra Ansari set the stage on fire when she took the stage with Azaan Sami in a mehndi function of Shahmeer Shunaid, grandson of the president of Hum Network. The majority of our favorite celebrities attended the function and danced the night away. Videos of celebrities are doing rounds on social media ever since Friday night.

However, out of all of them, Bushra Ansari received the most backlash over her dance moves and choice of clothes included.

Sometimes, we see accidents occur on a massive scale. They can be due to a malfunction or a wrong reading. If we take a look at Chernobyl, that was also a form of accident. Their safety measure is what caused the RBMK reactor to explode. Similarly, the Gulf of Mexico sees quite a lot of accidents and eruptions each year. These are either due to malfunctions on oil rigs or gas leaks in pipelines.

These accidents can, sometimes, amount to a great scale and that causes even more problems. In such a case, one cannot imagine how dire the situation can really get. It is tricky to maintain underwater pipelines and even trickier to correct them. If a leak does occur, it has to be fixed in as short a time as possible otherwise disaster strikes. However, on the Gulf of Mexico not too long ago, a gas leak occurred.

According to sources, there was a gas leak in the Gulf of Mexico. The leak itself occurred in an underwater gas pipeline. Within minutes, the entire area erupted into flames as the gas caught the atmosphere. The situation escalated quite fast and emergency response teams had to be called in. In such times, the entire area is cleared of ships and the sole focus is the fire.

Due to a continuous stream of gas leaking, the fire kept on going for a while. One might get surprised how water can catch fire. However, it is not the body of water that comes in contact with fire. Due to the gas being less dense, it rises to the surface and stays there. The stream of gas kept fueling the fire once it had erupted.

Disasters On Water

Among all this, they have also stated that the fire has also helped the situation a bit. While the methane leaking can be problematic, too much methane can be an even bigger issue. The fire consumed hydrocarbons from the atmosphere and the water, containing the possibility of more damage. It has been reported that company workers used nitrogen to control the fire spread.

However, the good news is that the fire has finally been put out. It was one scary experience but the situation has been handled well. The company has said that they will look into the cause of it. This means that a formal investigation will be launched and the pipeline will be checked. There must be gauges on the pipeline that can tell us what happened.

Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates have been sharing-friendly relations and bilateral ties across all major sectors for over 50 years now. As the UAE marked its golden jubilee this year, the capital celebrated 50 years of exemplary friendship between the two nations. A man in Pakistan just bought land on the moon. The ‘Malik Riaz of the Moon’ has purchased 5 acres because they were for a very low cost and he believes this can be the future.

How Did This Happen?

The man in question, Izam Ali, said that an organisation is working in Pakistan who offer to sell you property on the moon. They have different packages ranging from deluxe to silver to suit everyone’s needs. This organisation is basically working to sell land of the ‘moon society’ developing.

The said organisation also gives you option to buy 2, 3, 4 or 5 acres of land on the moon. The upper limit is fixed on 5 acres which are priced around $150. Izam Ali believes that we spend so much for no reason on eating outside etc, why not spend on something that can be profitable? “It was such a low cost”, he kept repeating.

How To Visit Home?

The most important question is how do people who have bought property on the moon, actually go to see their property. It turns out that Izam Ali was told legal owners will be sent via a shuttle. One will be organised for them to go. However, that will be expensive and they will have to bear the cost of it.

Pakistan is certainly seeing a fair share of auto development. The vehicle industry is advancing so fast, we can barely keep up. There was a time when vehicle production was quite limited in the country. Now, with the new auto policy around the corner, many details have been revealed. People would be glad to know that there are many things speaking in their favour. The auto policy applies to every vehicle coming into the country or being locally assembled.

However, there is an added bonus for some specific sets of vehicles. Firstly, there are a lot of good things in store for vehicles with displacements less than or equal to 1000cc. Secondly, there is even more good news for people who wish to purchase electric vehicles. Despite the pandemic raging throughout the world, Pakistan has managed to thrive and release a robust auto policy. Let us dive into the details of it!

Auto Policy And Tax Reductions

Firstly, let us take a look at the compacts which are being affected. At first, the policy only stretched to vehicles equal to and below 800cc. Now, with more development, the policy stretches even further. Vehicles of 1000cc and below are now under the radar of the auto policy. According to the figures,

  • Additional Customs Duty (ACD) has been brought down from 7 percent to 2 percent.
  • FED has also been reduced by 2.5 percent, leaving a lot of room for growth.

Going further into the FED details,

  • For 660cc to 1000cc ranges, FED has gone from 2.5 percent to absolute zero!
  • For 1001cc onwards till 2000cc, the FED has gone from 5 percent to 2.5 percent.

That is not all. The FED reduction applies to 2001cc to 3500cc vehicles too. Here, the reduction is from 7.5 percent to 5 percent. This shows that a lot of work ahs been done to make sure cars become more affordable. The engine capacity ranges shows that majority of the cars come under this bracket. This includes sedans, compacts as well as SUVs.

Additional Details On Auto Policy:

Talking specific to the first range (660cc to 1000cc), there is quite a lot to tell here alone. Firstly, the GST has gone down from 17 percent to 12.5 percent. However, this is only applicable on 1000cc and below cars locally assembled in Pakistan. Secondly, the VAT on CKD vehicles has been completely abolished. This also applies to 1000cc vehicles.

Thirdly, as discussed above, the FED has been removed. It has gone from 2.5 percent to 0 in the blink of an eye! While this is a plate-full of good news, it is not all that we have for you. The auto policy contains details of a robust EV segment too.

EV Details:

In an attempt to make sure the public embraces clean technology, EVs are seeing good news too. The GST has been reduced from 17 percent to 1 percent on locally assembled EVs. This could mean the new MG HS EV, which is being locally assembled in the country. Additionally, only 1 percent will be incurred on the import of EV parts. Apart from this, registration fee and tax on 2-3 wheeled EVs has also been abolished.

There is nothing but good news for vehicle buyers in this entire article. The people want to be able to afford vehicles and the auto policy has certainly made it easier to do so. The KPK government has announced the registration of vehicles up to 2500cc, down to Rs.1. This all seems a bit too good to be true.

Covid news is circulating the internet every day. Despite the many recoveries, the height of the pandemic is still there. The virus rages on and people continue to fight it every single day. The vaccine has been released for a while now. Many people have already been vaccinated. However, many still remain. New doses are entering Pakistan daily.

Currently, there are a number of vaccines available. There are American-made vaccines as well as Chinese ones. Russia and the UK are also a part of the vaccine production race. If we take a look at the statistics, we might be impressed. The number of recoveries is increasing every day and people grow hopeful. Many places have made it mandatory to show proof of vaccination before entering the said place.

This proves that technology is certainly moving forward. Apart from the vaccination card, you will also be able to store the results of your covid test. If someone has already had covid, there is a high chance that their body already has antibodies. This means that they don’t need to get vaccinated immediately. Rather, they can wait a month or two.

According to sources, the cards will not be saved on the cloud and Google will not take any information from them. However, Google will keep an eye on how many times one has accessed their vaccination card. We must also inform you that we must keep practising social distancing measures. Getting vaccinated is not a reason to stop wearing the mask as you can still be a virus carrier. You may not get sick but you may become a transmitter for covid.

In response to the question, the actress responded Raees, with a No. Explaining,

1. The Bride of Karsaz

Many people have witnessed and claimed that they saw a bride wearing a red dress in the vicinity of Karsaz. Legend has it that back in the 1970s, a young couple drove home from their wedding night when they suddenly got into a terrible accident. The accident killed both of them. So, according to people, if you are traveling on this road at night, you will find a beautiful girl asking for a ride only to turn into something evil once you stop and look at her face.

2. Pichal Peri

The sightings of Pichal peri are usually reported in the Northern areas of Pakistan. Legend has it; if you call its name, it will appear right in front of you. However, two different forms of the ancient ghost have been identified. Sometimes, it appears as a beautiful woman because she can disguise herself. However, in other stories, the witness claims that she looks nothing less than a demonic creature with blood-red eyes and bloody clothes hungry enough to kill and eat men.

3. The Chadda Group 

The Chadda Group was one of the two sinister groups back in the ’90s. Their greasy and oily appearances made it impossible for anyone to catch them while they broke into the houses and stole valuables and possessions in record time.

In the late 1980s, Karachi saw an increase in murders, and they were thought to be done by a serial killer. However, according to the police, a group of people would break into the house, steal all of the valuables, and then hammered people to death. The Devil’s Point got its name since many reports of ghost sightings were made. According to some people, a scary older man would read something sinister amidst sitting in the waves. As a result, no one could approach him.

It is said that the ghosts of 40 dead children haunt the tallest peak in the Chiltan range. According to this local urban legend, a couple left 40 babies on top of this peak to survive independently or die. According to some locals, if you go to this peak at night, you can hear children crying out in sadness and begging you to climb up the mountain and rescue them.

7. Pocketknife Massacre

The story goes back to 1988 when so many chain letters circulated all of the internets, and here is an example of one. This creepy letter says, “Please check your chairs when going to the movie theatres! An incident occurred when a friend’s co-worker went to sit in a chair, and something was poking her. She then got up and found that it was a needle with a little note at the end. It said, “Welcome to the real world. You’re HIV positive.” In addition, it was reported that a vigilant gang was stabbing people in the arm with HIV.

If the person received a call, he will hear a high-frequency sound that would result in a brain hemorrhage which would kill them instantly.
