A man in Pakistan just bought land on the moon. The ‘Malik Riaz of the Moon’ has purchased 5 acres because they were for a very low cost and he believes this can be the future.
How Did This Happen?
The man in question, Izam Ali, said that an organisation is working in Pakistan who offer to sell you property on the moon. They have different packages ranging from deluxe to silver to suit everyone’s needs. This organisation is basically working to sell land of the ‘moon society’ developing.
The said organisation also gives you option to buy 2, 3, 4 or 5 acres of land on the moon. The upper limit is fixed on 5 acres which are priced around $150. Izam Ali believes that we spend so much for no reason on eating outside etc, why not spend on something that can be profitable? “It was such a low cost”, he kept repeating.
How To Visit Home?
The most important question is how do people who have bought property on the moon, actually go to see their property. It turns out that Izam Ali was told legal owners will be sent via a shuttle. One will be organised for them to go. However, that will be expensive and they will have to bear the cost of it.
When purchasing, all Izam Ai has seen of his property are only pictures. He claims the organisation shows you pictures of the land you buy.
Have Other People Done This?
When asked whether he was the only one who took this step, he said no. Izam Ali said he has spoken to many people in the United States of America and some have bought land on the moon also. However, he is unaware whether people in Britain have or not.
In Pakistan also, he said rumours are going around another boy has bought land on the moon. He apparently bought it and gifted it to his wife.
A Scam or Future Plannings?
This inherently does feel like a scam if truth be told! Such close pictures of all around the moon have not been taken for organisations to say there are societies. Moreover, legally you may have purchased it, but who is going to enforce this purchase?
If someone does not want to travel via shuttle, they will never see or know what happened to their ‘property.
