The Presidential House (Aiwan-e-Sadr) will now be opened to the general public of Pakistan from tomorrow (7th December) onwards.
The house will remain open tomorrow from 11am to 2:30pm. However, citizens will not be allowed to carry bags or mobile phones.
PTI had decided to open doors to the Presidential House last year to the general public in the federal capital. The government announced that all state buildings will now be open to all Pakistanis.
The house now remains open for the general public from 9 am to 4 pm, visitors can enter by showing their CNIC at the entrance.
The entry to the Presidency is allowed from the National Assembly Gate.
