The initiative took a start in Punjab with the help of Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). They managed to successfully place hotspots in over 50 locations.
Now, this initiative will begin in Karachi starting from Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Park, Clifton.

The Sindh government has allocated Rs 50mn in 2017-18. Further more, Rs40.51mn have been set aside for research incubator machines in state-run universities in an effort to facilitate students.
