The beauty brand has jumped on the trend for summer festival chic with a new makeup line inspired by festival looks, from Coachella and Glastonbury to Sonar and Splendour in the Grass. The collection is due to land in stores in time for summer 2016.

After Coachella got festival goers buzzing back in April with its line-up of boho-chic fashion and beauty looks, there’s still a whole load of festivals in store this summer where creativity can be unleashed.
All about eyes
It’s all about eyes for the L’Oréal Paris “Miss Hippie” collection, which are revealed at sunset when festivalgoers cast aside their iconic round shades.
The beauty brand has three products to highlight eyes for a festival-ready finish without going overkill. The idea is to accentuate eyes without adding color and to sculpt brows.
To get the look, L’Oréal Paris has two must-have products. First up, Mega Volume Miss Hippie mascara elongates and volumizes upper and lower lashes for a feathery effect. It’s available in black in regular or waterproof formulations. This is matched with the Superliner Black Velvet eye pen, adding a bold black line with a velvety finish.
Festival eyes are completed with Brow Artist Maker, a powder formulated crayon for full, volume-boosted brows. It’s available in Light Brunette and Dark Brunette shades.
Bright nails
While eyes go color-free, nails pack a punch with new vibrant shades of the brand’s Color Riche nail polish.
Colors draw on this summer’s hottest shades — except for blue and khaki, which don’t feature in the collection — as well as festival-inspired hues. Color Riche lands in a nude color (Boho Nude), two shades of pink (Silky Spirit and Gypsy Couture) and a bright orange (Festive Orange).
