Consumers who want to support ethical brands, and job-seekers looking to work for companies with a solid track record for keeping employees happy may want to consult the newly released 2016 World’s Most Ethical Companies list.

Produced by Ethisphere Institute, the 10th edition of the list features companies that score highest across five categories: ethics and compliance; corporate citizenship and responsibility; culture of ethics; governance and leadership; and innovation and reputation.

The list covers dozens of different industries and brands that span everything from banking, beauty, food, apparel, cars, technology, leisure and recreation.

A few of the consumer brands to make the cut include L’Oréal, Levi Strauss and Co., LinkedIn, PepsiCo, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Holland America Line, Ford and Hasbro.

This year, 131 honorees representing more than 45 industries from 21 countries were honored.
