The story of ‘Kaptaan’ follows the life of the cricket legend Imran Khan after the world cup victory of 1992. It showcases the life events that have shaped up his life entirely. He was ridiculed in cricket and was labeled as the playboy.
The story also reflects how his mother died a tragic death when she finally gave in to her life-long battle with cancer and how this motivated him in building ‘Shaukat Khanum’ the first cancer hospital in Pakistan.
It also exudes the story of how he was made the first Chancellor of the University of Bradford. He has also made the NUML University.
