According to a source, the offline mode will not just be about saving pictures in drafts and waiting for the handset to connect to a Wi-Fi or connection sure to upload pictures and videos, but it will be much more than that.You will be able to like or comment on other users’ photos, or even follow and unfollow accounts, without any data connection. The next time your phone accesses the internet, Instagram will go back through this history and complete each of those actions.
