Telecommunication giant, Telenor revamps its iconic sub-brand Talkshawk with a new tagline “sachhi yaari, sab pe bhaari”. The new statement aims to take customer satisfaction one notch up above other telcos giants operating in Pakistan.

The new tagline was announced during a press conference today at a local hotel in Islamabad.

Telenor Pakistan has been named as the most reliable cellular operator in terms of transparent communication and pricing. According to the company officials, the new Talkshawk tagline mirrors customers’ trust earned over the years.

Various research studies based on map segmentation all over Pakistan have placed Telenor Talkshawk as a brand commited to providing wider coverage and consumer centric their favorite services with complete peace of mind.

While talking at the press conference, Irfan Wahab Khan, Chief Marketing Officer, Telenor Pakistan said, “Telenor Pakistan has always been at the forefront of innovating its services as per the changing needs and priorities of its customers. Researches, segmentation studies and focus group have just reinforced that Telenor Pakistan enjoys an unmatched credibility when it comes to transparent communication and fair deduction against services in the industry and the new tagline emphasizes more on these distinguishing factors.”

However under the new tagline, Talkshawk will reinforce its approach towards clarity and transparency, reflecting exactly what is being offered i.e. not calling an offer free or unlimited if there are subscription charges or a limit to it respectively.

A teaser has also been launched before marketing activites which will commence from Dec, 1st 2013.
