PPP is back in full form, with its chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari travelling to Karachi for an address at a ground close to Quaid’s mausoleum.
The event is being organized in order to reinstate the vigor within party workers in all parts of the country, especially in Sindh, of which Karachi is the provincial capital.

Following all the heavy preparations for the arrival of Bilawal, the provincial police has requestedfor the suspension of mobile service in overall Sindh, in response to which provincial government has allowed to suspend mobile service within Karachi region only.
Also, the traffic system will also be heavily affected as most of the city roads will be closed for the address while diverting the traffic to alternative routes of the city.
