This year on 12th January in Multan, Alibaba.com, successfully hosted its first seller summit. Alibaba.com is a leading platform for global business-to-business (B2B) trade in Multan that highlights export opportunities available to local businesses from online commerce. It has been reaffirming its commitment by helping exporters in the region enter the global market. The event was attended by more than 250 participants including over 100 online participants.

The Alibaba.com seller summit was titled “Multan Seller Summit- Export! KYA? KYUN? AUR KAISE- Alibaba.com ke saath”. It discussed various aspects of B2B e-commerce in the global market and how Pakistani exporters can tap the opportunity. Alibaba.com representatives also gave the participants tips and tricks on enhancing themselves with the necessary skills and tools to thrive as sellers on Alibaba.com.

The event featured a line-up of speakers from Alibaba.com along with prominent industry leaders from Multan. Some of them were Ms. Amy Li, Marketing Head at Alibaba.com, Mr. Sheikh M. Asim Saeed, Vice President, Multan Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Mr. Malik Junaid Ashraf, Alibaba.com Certified Trainer, MD. The Summit
