After Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Raees faced trouble in India, it is now the Bollywood movie “Mom” that is in hot water for its shooting and release across the border. For those who don’t know, the film is Sajal Aly’s dream debut in B-town and also stars Adnan Siddiqui.

The movie will hit the theaters on 14th July 2017.
Adnan Siddiqui concerned about security issues in India!
Earlier, the buzz was that the last round of shooting for Mom was being held in Dehli. But the ban of Pakistani celebrities in the neighboring nation made it nearly impossible to happen. It’s shooting came to a sudden halt after the political chaos between India and Pakistan.
Earlier in an interview to Instep, Adnan Siddiqui revealed that he will only travel to India if there are no security issues.
“I never said that I won’t go to India unless they assure security”
“Considering the sensitivity of the current situation between Pakistan and India, I just said that since they are calling us there, they must have thought of security arrangements”
Sajal & Adnan Will by flying to Thailand for Mom’s shooting!
However, the location of the movie’s set has now been changed and now Mom will be filmed in Bangkok.
Producer Boney Kapoor told Bollywood Hungama:
“Whatever we shot with the Pakistani artists was before the unofficial ban”
There is no question of bringing them into India now. We are shooting the remaining portion of the film in Thailand”
Another source also confirmed the news:
“The team of the film would be leaving for Bangkok in the first week of March and are expected to wrap up shooting the song and an important scene for the film that kicked off in March last year in two days”
Directed by Ravi Udyawar, Mom will unveil Sajal Ali in the role of Sri Devi’s daughter & Adnan Siddiqui will be donning the role of Devi’s husband.
The movie also stars Akshay Khanna, Nawazuddin Siddiqi; Abhimanyu Singh plays the villain in the film.
