Last week, a woman came forward on social media claiming to be Pakistan’s favorite singer Sajjad Ali’s sister. However, in a recent video posted on the official account of the singer, Ali shut down the rumors by calling them fake.

Sajjad Ali, who has been serving in the Pakistani music industry for almost forty-three years now, has shared his views regarding netizens and social media users who give heeds to such baseless rumors for clickbait and money. While addressing the claims the singer stated,
“I don’t even know her, I know people do such things for clickbait and money, if she needed the money she could have asked, she could get better help but I know things are different, they are done by the people who are after someone’s fame or success and they want to tarnish the image or want attention.”

While calling out the rumors and rumormongers, the actor claimed that his reputation is never at stake with such kind of behavior. He further said that he is aware of his loyal followers who have made sure to always stay loyal despite all the controversies that have arisen over the years.
“They are done by the people who are after someone’s fame or success and want to tarnish the image, but I know that the people and my loyal fans, whom I’m working for, are aware of all the truth. Therefore, I’m least affected by such stupid claims,” the singer concluded.
The singer also noted that he is not going to take any legal action against the woman since he believes that she came forward with the fake news under the influence of a bigger party.
