“Boom Boom” Afridi has done it again – he has made the nation proud with his dedication and efforts for the Shahid Afridi Foundation.
Just a few days back we reported about the annual fundraiser in Vancouver that was held by the Islamic Relief Canada for the establishment of a hospital in Kohat.
It was there where the Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Jtureau requested the nation to contribute toward Afridi’s charitable cause.
And now, an American politician has been seen extending her support towards the noble cause.
In a video message, the former first lady, and wife of Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton was seen greeting the loved cricketer and thanking him. Here’s what she said:
“Thank you for that very nice message that your friend and mine, John, delivered to me at our event today. I wish you the very best!”
Shahid later took to his Twitter to express his gratitude for the former first lady in a touching post.
In his tweet, he included the video of Hillary saying:

The Shahid Arfidi Foundation was established in March 2014 and is devoted towards providing relief towards Pakistanis through better education and health care services.
