Asim Abbasi, the director of Churails and other amazing projects, took to his Instagram posting pictures from the shoot. It features the actors in some really cool scenic backgrounds. The director of this web series penned his feelings for the upcoming show:
“Mystical land. Magical realism. And a big, old family in the middle of it. There’s Fawad. There’s Sanam. Both give delicious performances, along with every other cast member (to be revealed in good time). Indebted to these great, great actors for giving their all to this project. Mad props to my partner in crime, Shailja, for saying yes to my (batshit crazy) ideas. Thank you for my wings!”

He added:
“Long road ahead, but for now, feeling very blessed. I hope everyone who has entertained my work in the past, finds a little home for their soul in this new series.”
This implies that the shoot has just begun and it will take time until it is available for us.
Unnamed project
The unnamed project that stars the duo seems to be set in fantasy according to Abbasi though. Plus, having seen Zee5 produce incredible projects one can just expect this one to be of the same caliber. Hence, this would be a fresh respite to see Fawad and Sanam give their best as they tackle what will be hopefully jinns, don’t you think?
Zindagi Gulzar Hai
The two stars, along with a great crew, created a project that is somewhat evergreen. Any day you may get the craving of watching Kashaf and Zaroon’s fight or watch that famous chai ka cup falling on Kashaf. And you will pick up the remote control and start watching the show, wouldn’t you?
