That is not going to be easy for a company that intends to convert its whole ecosystem. However, the I Vision is surely a good entry point towards that.

This is part of a process that is known as decarbonization. To do it on such a scale as the BMW brand is something is that going to be a big task. For now, the I Vision proves to be a great build. It is, basically, a research project that has been designed to communicate the company’s ideas. It is telling everyone that they are going to move to this industry. One of the focuses, of the design project, was to make sure it was resource-efficient. It is also to ensure they can be separated quickly at the end of the product lifecycle.

The vehicle has stuck to the traditional grille design, however, it has been done with lights instead. Lights achieve the entire design on the front and even the logo is lasered to avoid adding parts. It is going to help with the vehicle’s driving efficiency. In the interior, the design is like Ikea furniture and even feels quite premium. Inside the vehicle, a lot of 3D printed processes have taken place, including parts of the seat.
