The first episode of Coke Studio Season 12 will feature Atif Aslam and fans cannot seem to contain their excitement.
Atif’s rendition of ‘Wohi Khuda Hai’ seems to be the perfect start to the highly anticipated season.
After all, who else could match his talent? Atif truly adds magic to the already beautiful wordings of the hamd.
Previously he performed on his own version of Tajdar-e-Haram which became an instant hit and this time would be no different.
Dressed in a white sherwani, the five-second clip features the singer singing the line ‘Wohi Khuda Hai’ which has made everyone excited for the upcoming season.
Atif Aslam dedicated this beautiful hamd to his five-year-old son saying that he hopes that one day it will help him find his own way to connect with the Divine.
Penned by Muzaffar Warsi, the lyrics of ‘Wohi Khuda Hai’ are a praise of God as the Creator of a system that runs and maintains an order of the universe in balance and harmony.
Originally performed by Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, ‘Wohi Khuda Hai’ remains a classic favourite among all age groups.
