YouTube is rolling out yet another feature for their application! The company wants to bring playback speed control to all devices as the feature has been available on the desktop for quite some time.

According to reports by 9to5Google, there is a speed control option in the three specks menu on a Pixel with the most recent form of the YouTube Android application. So, this means that the company is currently testing it with a few handsets.

According to a source, with the desktop player, you can back off video to 0.75x, 0.5x or 0.25x the ordinary speed, or start it up to 1.25x, 1.5x or 2x. It is a useful feature if the user needs to observe a particular frame closely.
