Malala also got a lot of hate for not sharing her opinion on the Israel-Palestine issue only for people to realize the extent of her donation to Palestine for education. “Today marks a precious day in my life. Asser and I tied the knot to be partners for life. We celebrated a small nikkah ceremony at home in Birmingham with our families. Please send us your prayers. We are excited to walk together for the journey ahead”.

Asser Malik – husband of Malala Yousafzai
A number of people are interested in getting to know who this guy is and it seems he is on the track towards becoming quite famous (his Instagram following had increased by 2k overnight). Asser got his education from some of the best institutes. Publications are reporting that he attended Aitchison College Lahore and LUMS, two top-class institutes of Lahore. After doing his BS in Economics and Political Sciences, he decided to make a career in the sports industry. He created a player development program for Multan Sultans and is even said to have co-founded LMS Pakistan.
Looking at his Instagram profile, you can see that the love of cricket is deeply embedded. In fact, it seems it was this very field that introduced him to his now-wife back in 2019.
Asser is now the General Manager of High Performance at the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
Deeper investigations into Asser’s life show that he was the president of a theatre production organization, Dramaline.
