Ghandhara Industries Limited (GIL)has softly launched the Isuzu D-Max in Pakistan.
Previously sources had disclosed that an initial batch of units had already been dispatched to selected dealerships.
Isuzu D-Max Specifications
The Isuzu D-Max has been launched in 3 different variants.
Base Version
The D-Max pickup is available in two versions. The base version-Hi-Spark is equipped with a 2.5-liter intercooler turbo engine. It is a single cabin 4×2 pickup and is available in two trims- with and without deck priced at PKR 26.25 lac and PKR 24.25 lac respectively.
Hi-Lander Version
Isuzu D-Max Hi-Lander has an2.5-litre intercooler turbo engine. It is available in both a single cabin and double cabin options. The single cabin variant is priced at PKR 37.25 lac whereas the double cabin version is priced at PKR 39.75 lac.
V-Cross Version
The V-Cross comes equipped with a double cabin 4×4 powered by a 3.0-liter intercooler turbo engine. Its manual transmission variant is priced at cost PKR 44.5 lac while the automatic costs PKR 46.75 lac.
Competitors
The Isuzu D-MAX comes from a lineage of the world’s toughest, most reliable trucks. Almost a century of truck-manufacturing DNA has gone into the Isuzu D-MAX to deliver a pick-up that truly redefines the category. It can give direct competition to Toyota Hilux and Hilux Revo.
The D-Max is a direct competitor to Toyota’s Hilux and is comparatively cheaper by almost PKR 7 lacs. It is the first rival to compete against the Hilux in the automotive market.
