A rather unfortunate incident over the weekend has left the citizens in shock after a girl was hailed by a mob of people over her attire. The situation which was promptly handled by Gulber Lahore’s ASP Shehrbano Naqvi has now went viral on social media. While the ASP’s move is being commendable by the public and media. Many are furious over the incident and how people should know better.
In a similar instance, Ali Gul Pir attempted to raise awareness by filming a video in which he portrayed an Arabic man speaking a few words of Arabic. The purpose of the video was to spread awareness about the Arabic language. The lack of which was a major cause behind the incident that occurred over the weekend.

Gul, in his video, shared how a few words of Arabic by no means can be related to any religious experience. The difference between culture and religion is an important aspect which must be learned.

As seen in the video, Gul is seen spewing a few hate words in Arabic and trying to implicate a person who doesn’t understand any of it. Confusing it with the Arabic language, he remains dumbfounded over the fact that he has been verbally abused. This incident sheds lights on a major dilemma of lack of tolerance and understanding which is unfolding right before our eyes.
