The package included free SIMs, 240 international minutes, 60 SMS, 2GB of WhatsApp data, and 10GB of unrestricted data allowing pilgrims to stay in touch with their families throughout their spiritual journey.
Zongโs efforts were acknowledged specifically for its provision of international roaming services to pilgrims and its satisfactory delivery of telecom support during Hajj 2025. In addition to robust network services, Zong provided real-time in-app tracking, a dedicated helpline, and on-ground assistance via service kiosks across key locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring that help and connectivity were always within reach.
