The biggest real estate company in Pakistan conducted a groundbreaking ceremony for the Highland Villas project, a collaboration between Highland Developers and Zameen.com, at DHA Multan. Brig. Shoeb Anwar Kayani, project director for DHA Multan, attended the ceremony as the main guest. In contrast to Highland Developers, which was represented by Brigadier Rizwan Ullah Saeed, Major Lutafullah Saeed, Syed Zahid, and Syed Raza Hassan, Zameen.com was represented by Multan Rana Farukh Nadeem, Associate Director of Sales for Zameen.com.
Speaking at the event, Brig. Muhammad Shoeb Anwar Kiyani, Project Director of DHA Multan, claimed that DHA has established new norms for the real estate sector that have since been embraced by practically all housing societies in the nation. He continued by saying that DHA Multan will help not only this city but also the entire South Punjab real estate industry.
Rana Farukh Nadeem, associate director of sales for Zameen.com in Multan, stated that the city has tremendous real estate potential and that we are determined to bring more creative and successful projects to it in the future.
According to Syed Raza Hasan of Highland Developers, we are working with Zameen.com to offer villas in the most desirable area in the City of Saints at a fair price. He added that citizens of South Punjab and neighbouring places are drawn to DHA Multan because of its enviable location.
