It shakes our souls just to even think about how sick the mentality of our country has become, especially of the younger generation, which seem to be heavily influenced by everything ‘wrong’ in this world.
Such an incident occurred in Gul-e-Raana Society, Soldier Bazaar, where 3 teenagers, aged between 12-14 had kidnapped an 9-yr-old minor and attempted gang rape. The boys were caught red-handed by the police.
According to reports, the boys had taken the minor from in front of her home where she was playing and took her nearby house which was unoccupied. They tried to cover her mouth but her screaming alerted the neighbors and another girl had seen the boys taking her forcefully, she had informed the minor’s father, who then called the police.
The accused, Shehryar, son of Naveed, Ebad, s/o Raees, and Kashif, s/o Mehboob were unsuccessful in their attempt to deflower the minor. The father registered a case of rape and abduction against the trio, while, the police is further interrogating from them, said the police.
While disclosing how their attempt was foiled, police said: “Another girl, who was standing nearby where the victim was playing, ran towards the victims’ house and told her father the complete story. Upon which, the father informed the police and reached the site with police,” they said.
The cases of child sexual abuse have erupted in masses following the rape and murder of Kasur’s Zainab. We have not seen any effective measures yet taken by the government and police to bring an end to the ‘dark web’ racket as of yet.
