It’s too hard to keep calm knowing that the Galaxy S9 is on its way, even though the Galaxy S8 just this the shelves a couple of months ago! None the less, the S9 is already stealing hearts and catching all the attention pre-hand.

Release Date

According to reports, Samsung might be debuting the S9 earlier than its usual expectancy which is towards the end of the year. In fact, the company could possibly be planning on launching it at MWC!

This has been further fuelled as the displays look set to arrive in November, which puts the final delivery date, based on previous timings, at January.

Price

The expected price of the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus are around £689 (just above Rs. 96,000) and £779 (108,674).

Leak: Facial Recognition

Samsung Galaxy S9 might be borrowing Apple’s Face ID feature! A new leak has hinted that Samsung will be trying a technology which is similar to Apple’s facial recognition, however, it is still not clear how ditto will it be.

Leak: Ditch or Not to Ditch Fingerprint Sensor?

It’s expected that Samsung will ditch the rear-facing fingerprint sensor, and there’s also talk that the S9 and S9 Plus will feature a dual camera setup similar to that seen on the Galaxy Note 8.
