Salsoft Technologies, one of the leading IT solutions company in Pakistan with a global presence has launched its Management Trainee Program, “Salsoft Academy” for 2020. The program calls for youth that has the determination to explore, learn, and reach new heights with their drive to meet milestones and become the future leaders in their specific fields.
Salsoft Academy is designed to prepare young graduates for challenging jobs that will prepare them for business leadership roles. The program encompasses rotations across all departments in a fast-paced learning environment. Salsoft Academy program is a result of Salsoft’s dedication towards developing and nurturing the talent of high potential individuals. Throughout the program candidates will face challenges and tasks that will test their resilience, enabling them to grow as future leaders.
Application Process
All the candidates who are eager to make their professional mark will have to go through a rigorous application process where their interpersonal, communication and analytical thinking skills will be tested. The application process will be comprised of three phases, as explained below.
Phase 1: Recruitment Phase
In this phase, applicants will send in their resumes at academy@salsoft.co and a 1 min self-introductory video where they will introduce themselves and elaborate their area of interest and why it is their choice.
Phase 2 : Assessment Centre
Shortlisted candidates will go through our 2-day Assessment where we will give applicants the chance to learn more about our company culture and the way we do business. The candidate’s talent will be analyzed on the following criteria:
- General Knowledge
- Interpersonal Skills
- Analytical Skills
Phase 3: Welcome Onboard
A short ceremony will be organized on the 2nd day of Assessment Centre to celebrate the addition of successful candidates in Salsoft’s family.
