Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has introduced a significant reduction in airfares for Umrah pilgrims, aiming to make the journey from Faisalabad to Madinah and Jeddah more affordable. The previously priced route at Rs112,000 has now been lowered to Rs100,800, allowing pilgrims to benefit from this discounted rate until August 10.

In addition to the fare reduction for the Faisalabad-Madinah/Jeddah route, PIA has also decreased the round-trip fares for flights to Madinah and Jeddah. This strategic decision aims to alleviate the financial burden on individuals undertaking the important Umrah pilgrimage, as air travel expenses often contribute significantly to the overall cost.

By offering these reduced fares, PIA strives to facilitate a larger number of pilgrims in fulfilling their religious obligations. This initiative is expected to encourage more individuals to embark on the holy journey, fostering a stronger connection between Pakistan and the sacred cities of Madinah and Jeddah.

Please note that the fares mentioned are in Pakistani Rupees, and the equivalent amount in US Dollars will apply. PIA’s fare reduction is a positive development, providing Umrah pilgrims with an opportunity to save on travel expenses and ensuring a more accessible and enriching spiritual experience.
