PepsiCo, as part of its new venture, has released a limited-edition flavor in honor of the FIFA world cup 2022. The limited-edition grape-flavored Pepsi in Qatari national colors allows fans to engage in football-related activities as they enjoy the iconic football moments. The packaging comes in a bright red color. The soft drink cans feature the faces of fans and football lovers honoring their love for the most highly anticipated event.

The product was launched alongside the release of a Pepsi Annabi brand-led video featuring the Qatari footballers. Aamer Sheikh, CEO of, PepsiCo shares his thoughts regarding the PepsiCo collaboration stating,

“What happens outside the field has become just as important to the build-up and excitement as what happens on it. To celebrate local pride with supporters here in Qatar, we are launching across stores an innovative new Pepsi Annabi grape cola in the Qatari national team’s colors. The company with whom we are partnered as an ‘Official Beverage Partner’. We are also launching Pepsi soft drink can designed with faces of fans draped in the national colors of Qatar and other countries. Meanwhile, encouraging them to stay thirsty for more personalized cheers, more celebrations, more Pepsi.”

PepsiCo Partnership With FIFA 2022

As the Official Beverage Partner of FIFA 2022, PepsiCo’, Aquafina and Gatorade, will extend their support toward players. The latest innovation will allow the players to maintain performance and aid recovery, both on and off the field with refreshing beverages. Players will also have access to an elaborate portfolio of PepsiCo sports products.
