Pakistan took on Sri Lanka in an exciting series that was hosted by Pakistan. The hosts won the ODIs while the guests won the T20I series.
Despite that, Sri Lankan cricketers have won our hearts and upmost respect. Not only did these players trust the government, the army, and Pakistan, but also risked a lot on the line to come back to the same country where their team was attacked almost a decade ago.
Gampalage Shehan Naveendra De Fonseka Gunawarna Jayasuriya, or commonly Shehan Jayasuriya, is a professional Sri Lankan cricketer. He is a left-handed batsman and a right-arm off-break bowler.
The all-rounder took it to his Twitter to share a heart-tugging post about his trip to Pakistan while sporting a Pakistan tee.

His gesture has won the hearts of all cricket fanatics from all across Pakistan and even around the world.
