Iran Health Minister Cancels Friday Prayers Amid Coronavirus Threat

The chaotic situation of the world due to coronavirus has left everyone panicking. Although the health officials have asked the people not to panic but this fatal disease has created an alarming situation all across the globe. However, not only that but The World Health Organization has itself, declared this situation an international health emergency.

Speaking of which, on Thursday, Iran’s Health Ministry spokesman Kianoush Jahanpour has asked Iranian authorities to cancel the Friday prayer congregations in several cities of Iran due to the coronavirus threat until further notice.

Moreover, he also added that 15 labs will be opened within the next week to diagnose coronavirus infections.

Regarding the coronavirus in Iran, the ministry announced that four people so far have lost their lives because of this virus. Yes, indeed the virus spread to almost 50 countries til now including the US, UK, Singapore, France, Russia and Spain.
