Copying text from photos

The way to go about it is finding a picture with text in it and tapping the square icon on the bottom right of the photo. It will allow you to interact with the text. You can highlight the text and after that, copy, translate or share it.
You can do the same with the photos that appear on your browser, Safari.

The New Features Of iOS 15
