HBL PSL 10 Resumes Today After Suspension Over India-Pak Tensions

The HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10 resumes today (Saturday) as Peshawar Zalmi faces Karachi Kings at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The tournament was temporarily suspended due to rising tensions between India and Pakistan, and a security incident near the stadium.

All six franchises have confirmed the availability of most of their international players, while also bringing in replacements for injured ones.

Islamabad United announced the return of five foreign players: Alex Hales (England), Rassie van der Dussen (South Africa), Ben Dwarshuis (Australia), Jimmy Neesham (New Zealand), and Tymal Mills (England). The team stated: “These high-calibre overseas players bring world-class experience from top T20 leagues, significantly boosting our campaign as we enter the decisive phase of the tournament,” adding that they are “committed to delivering top-tier cricket to fans worldwide.”
