The Picture shared on Twitter is from her lip filler appointment which went wrong last year. The TikToker revealed her incomplete lip enhancement procedure, attributing the interruption to her bank accounts being frozen by the government. The footage displayed Hareem Shah with noticeable swelling in half of her upper lip, a consequence of discontinuing the lip filler treatment prematurely.
She later declared that she decided to leave the procedure midway since it was expensive and her accounts had been frozen. Regardless, of whether she got her fillers recently or a year ago Hareem Shah has got a thing for Twitter and her fans sure know how to give her enough attention.
