Daraz, the leading e-commerce platform in Pakistan has partnered with Naya Jeevan to provide comprehensive health and life insurance to all contractual workers and their families, thereby enhancing the health, safety, and wellbeing of its workforce during this difficult and uncertain period.

As the leading online shopping platform in Pakistan, Daraz has ensured the strict implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all facilities since March 2020, when the COVID19 pandemic broke out in the country. In addition to implementing a work-from-home policy for all office staff, Daraz has also ensured that all warehouse staff and DEX Heros practice social distancing. Daily temperature checks are conducted and personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, and sanitizers has been made available. Employees have also been advised to stay at home if they feel unwell.
