The China Pakistan Economic Corridor has provided massive investments and job opportunities in the country.
It looks like Pakistani youth is once again in for some good news as Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan, Yao Jing has recently announced that CPEC will be providing job opportunities to thousands of trained Pakistanis.
The ambassador spoke about the upcoming opportunities in a meeting with Executive Director National Vocational and Technical Training Commission Zulfiqar Ahmad Cheema in Islamabad.
The Executive Director of the NAVTTC mentioned that they are setting up various training institutions that meet international standards along the CPEC route in every industrial zone. These institutes will meet the demand of skilled workforce needed for mega CPEC projects.
Chinese ambassador has mentioned that a technical institution in Islamabad will be established by China for Pakistanis to acquire the skills that will meet the needs of local and global markets.
He further added that a special Bilateral Training Program for Pakistani trainers is going to be established by the Chinese. This would, in return, enable Pakistani workers to receive the training of modern machinery and equipment each year.
