South Korean actress Kang Seo-Ha died at 31 after a brave fight with stomach cancer. Her family said she passed away peacefully on July 13 during her second round of chemotherapy, according to News.Az.
A close friend posted a heartfelt tribute on July 14. They wrote, “Even though she had gone through so much suffering, she still cared about others more than herself. She hadn’t been eating well for months, but still wanted to pay for me to eat using her card, she was my angel.” These words show how caring and selfless Kang was, even while in pain.
Before her death, Kang finished filming her lead role in the upcoming movie Mangnae-in (The Youngest). The film will release after her passing, giving fans one last chance to see her incredible talent on screen.
Kang began her career after graduating from the Korea National University of Arts. She made her debut in 2012 in the music video for Far Away by Brave Guys. From there, she worked hard to build a career that fans admired.
She gained fame for her role in JTBC’s Seonam Girls’ High School Detective Team. She also appeared in popular dramas like KBS2’s Assembly, MBC’s Okjung-hwa, and Again, First Love. Fans loved how she brought life to every character she played.
