MG is a company that has come a long way since its creation. It is one of the oldest operating ones in the world. MG started out as a British company but is now operated under the Chinese industry. Now, the MG ZS is becoming quite common in Pakistan and their ZS EV is capturing a lot of attention too.

At a recent event held in Karachi, people were allowed to test drive the ZS EV. However, we were still not aware of the exact specifications of the vehicle. MG has recently revealed the details of what we can expect from the vehicle. We must say that the features are quite extraordinary and so is the price bracket!

The ZS EV Specifications

There is a lot to see when it comes to this vehicle. Firstly, it must be noted that this is the first one in the local market. This means that it has, basically, null competition. The upper hand that MG gets here is going to help them sell their EVs. However, there are some obstacles to note too. Some of the features that the EV will have are quite impressive.

Alongside multiple drive modes and electronic stability, the ZS EV will also have hill-start assist and autonomous braking. Apart from that, the car will house a pedestrian alert control system as well as lane departure warning and traffic jam assist. The technology embedded in this vehicle has come quite a long way and feels state-of-the-art. Additionally, blind-spot monitoring and adaptive cruise control are all part of what makes this car highly impressive.

Further Details

While the vehicle is note-worthy, it must also be noted that the infrastructure here is weak. We are referring to the electric vehicle infrastructure here. Despite the car releasing, there are few charging stations across the country so it can be an obstacle. Of course, the charge can be done from home too but that would be a hefty charge.

So, if you wish to buy this vehicle, we suggest that you look at it from every angle. You do not want to buy one and then not drive it due to a lack of infrastructure. The price of the vehicle is expected at Rs.6 million. This means that it is definitely a calculated investment.
