1. Aylanto
Aylanto is the age-old fine-dine restaurant where you only go when you freshly get pay. However, if you’re looking for a lip-smacking plate of pasta, Aylanto’s ravioli is the place to be. Don’t forget to try it next time you get paid.

2. Hotspot
Unlikely contender on the list but trust us. Hotspot’s alfredo pasta is the ultimate comfort food. Its taste has also remained the same since we started eating it (in childhood!). Kudos to them for keeping it up and making a meal so loving.
3. Urban Kitchen
Urban Kitchen is an eclectic and bustling restaurant in Gulberg. Their signature mac and cheese is mana from the heavens, you’re seriously missing out. It’s loaded (and we mean loaded) with cheese with macaroni and so flavourful that you can’t put the spoon down. Inhale it with coke, you won’t regret it.

4. Rina’s Kitchenette
The most favourite restaurant of many Lahoris, it’s all about the vibe! Rina’s is a little overpriced but their Aglio Olio is worth a try once. It’s a white sauce pasta made with mushrooms, chicken and whatnot. It also comes with crispy potato shavings on top— it’s a make or break. Try it with their mint margarita!

5. Pasta La Vista
Pasta La Vista is a small, cute place in Defence that’s got a range of pasta. They even have gnocchi, a pasta type not readily available in Lahore. The gnocchi, according to reviews, is excellent with a white sauce that leaves one dazed. Don’t forget to also order their beef burger and cheesecake.

6. Zouk
Zouk’s Alfredo pasta is also not to be missed. Zouk has had the same menu for over 20 years now but we’re not complaining because each dish is mastered to perfection.

7. Delish Pizza Bar
Delish is a small pizza joint but we keep going there for their pasta! Their mac and cheese is excellent, cheesy and oh so comforting. Next time you’re up for some comfort food in Lahore, don’t forget to ring them.
