Karachi summers have officially begun with rising temperatures in the metropolis. To keep a healthy glow inside and out this season, eating well and hydrating correctly is what you must do. Diet influences skin, which is our largest organ, and eating a mix of essential foods this summer will help you keep your glow intact even when it’s scorching hot outside!

1. Watermelon

This symbol of summer is around 90%, which hydrates the body. It’s loaded with Vitamin C and has antioxidant properties. Enjoy watermelon chunks as a snack, or a chilled glass of watermelon juice on a hot summer day is all you need to cool yourself down!

For those that breakout often, you should consider adding beets to your diet as it contains anti-inflammatory properties. Beetroot also makes your skin naturally soft and turns the lips pink-ish. It helps get rid of dark spots and also helps with reducing a tan.
