PIA, the national flight-carrier, has been in losses for quite some time. They have been adapting many policies to cut down their expenditure and to stop adding on to their losses.

Now, they have revoked yet another policy.

PIA recently announced that it will no longer give discounts to the elderly citizens and the disable citizens.

Previously, 40% discount was offered to the disable people with 20% discount to their family members who were traveling with them. Another 20% discount was also given to the travelers who were above the age of 65.

However, the aviation service providers have revoked this policy because they feel that this is adding to their deficit. They have stopped giving a discount to both national and international travelers.

The company had to halt its operations in many countries because of its high cost, and now it had to pull back its discount policy.

Let’s see what other measures this company takes in this regard to stop adding on to their drops.
